Amazing, clean, beautiful decor, comfortable bed, amazing shower. Very responsive host.

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

Great apartment, great location and great housekeeping service. The apartment has all I would totally recomend this place to anyone.

My previous booking was cancelled last minute due to a flood and Serena came to the rescue. I had rented the airbnb to use for my husband and I the night of our wedding and she was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and the apartment was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked amazing. Everything was great.

We had a nice stay for a trip visiting Whiskey Row right down the street. If you are looking for walkability this is your place. Bed was comfortable.

Taylor’s place was just perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean, decorated very nicely, and the subdivision was very peaceful. The location was also perfect! The Old Church was fantastic! It matched the description and photos to a ‘T’. Michael and Gwen were not only great and responsive, they also anticipated our needs and answered our question almost before we asked them! The materials about Louisville and tips/recommendations were very appreciated. The location was great and we were able to get where we wanted easily in Louisville. We definitely will look them up for a return trip in the future.

My family had a great stay at this beautifully furnished home. It is centrally located within the pristine Norton Commons community, and it is close to many shops and restaurants. Great place to make home base for a trip to Louisville!

This place is funky fun. It was clean and spacious and exactly as promoted. I was able to rest well, work and enjoy the area. They were also very gracious when I accidentally locked myself out. I really appreciated the well equipped and fun space. :)

A beautiful home that is well designed, intentional, and flavorful in the best way. Art everywhere both inside and out, family photos, excellent décor, an entire room dedicated to feats of baseball, and a master bedroom dedicated to feats of... love. Right like it says on the pillow. Hosts were super communicative, helpful and easy to work with, don't be intimidated by the rules and regulations sheet. Yes, it's longer than a Tolkien manuscript but it is entirely reasonable and ultimately you are dealing with good nice humans who don't want people doing 360 kickflips off their hot tub deck while shooting off fireworks. Pro tip: If you use the hot tub in the morning and you are chill about it, you might see a Cardinal and/or a Blue Jay in the nearby trees 🐦

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

My wife and I had an amazing time! The place was private, clean, convenient, welcoming and modern. Great decor and walkable to restaurants, bars and two blocks from 4th Street Live. We would definitely book again!

The apartment was great overall. Getting in is a little complicated as you need three separate codes (outer door, residence floor, and the apartment door), but the instructions from John were extremely clear and helpful. The location is just steps from the Brown Hotel and the parking garage and is walkable to lots of downtown locations. The beds were really comfortable. We would definitely recommend using the white noise machine in the larger bedroom as the street noise from truck deliveries early in the morning can be significant - but this is city noise and it is what it is. The second bedroom does not have any windows, so it's insulated from outside noise. John was also very responsive and helpful when we ran into a parking issue due to an unusual rental car. Communication was excellent overall.

We had a wonderful stay at John and Mikes place! Cool building, great location, comfortable beds, a 15-20 minute walk to whiskey row and lots to do in the area. We will stay again when we come back!

John’s place was perfect for our stay in Louisville! Right downtown and close to many restaurant, bars, and more. John was a great host, very communicative, and proactively provided very helpful instructions.

Perfect! We initially picked this listing because we thought the pictures looked interesting, and it did not disappoint. It was so, so beautiful! There is a complicated check-in process, but the host was so gracious and basically walked us through every single step. If we're in Louisville again we will definitely be staying here, and you should too!
