Kymberli’s place is just as she described. We loved sitting on the balcony and having coffee out there in the morning. Ideal location, walkable to lots of places, including restaurants and the Big 4 walking bridge.

Heather was an excellent host and a good communicator. Her place is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfy and there were some nice welcoming touches - some treats, plenty of tea and coffee and a couple of fresh flowers in the kitchen. It was pleasant relaxing on the front patio. Plenty of good restaurants and Cherokee Park are within walking distance.

Robert has a great place to stay. Felt right at home. If this place is available in Sept , I will rent it again.

The place was great! Beautifully decorated and hosts were helpful and responsive. Very close to University and a perfect place to stay while my daughter went to orientation.

The condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. it was located near the KFC Yum Center and 4th St live. There was plenty to walk to from this location.

We had a fantastic stay! So clean. Enjoyed the rooftop area. Walkable to Jeffersonville. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

I had such a wonderful stay at Ron and Laurie’s place! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome and at home. The space itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm with stunning Moroccan inspired decor that adds such a unique and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect peaceful getaway! Their warmth and hospitality truly made the experience even more special. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, beauty, and genuinely kind hosts! I’ll be back again when I need to recharge. Thank you so very much Ron and Laurie, for everything!

It was a great stay. Here location is in a developing neighborhood. This allows recently built restaurants and shops close by and more to come. Future renters will get a lot out of this stay.

An older building that squeaks a little and has signs of use but has been well kept, clean, and well stocked. Many of the plugs are only 2 prong without a ground plug, but there was a power strip with adapter if needed (we needed to plug in laptops so this was helpful). Towels and linens were nice, clean, well presented. No complaints, just leaving helpful suggestions and insights for future guests. Andrew was a very responsive and helpful host, allowing us to check in a little earlier than specified due to circumstances. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

We only stayed for one night, but I was so pleasantly surprised by this charming little space. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—comfortable, thoughtfully put together, and stocked with everything we needed. It was quiet, private, and just what we were hoping for after a long travel day. I especially appreciated the balance of hospitality - kind and welcoming without being overly present, which allowed us to fully relax. What was meant to be just a layover stop has turned into a place I’d happily return to.

The place was great. Just like the photos! Easy to check in and out of and it was within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. You did hear the train come through at night, but it wasn’t bad at all! Highly recommend this place.

Brandon and his team were hugely communicative via text, which is actually my preference, and I appreciated his assistant really helping me out w a specific ask that I had, Kayla went above and beyond, big kudos to her!!! Would *absolutely* stay there again if I ever make it back to the Derby!

An absolute gem. Exactly as described, and with all the amenities we needed for a visit to Louisville. Devin and NaKayla were responsive to all of our needs, and were quick to reply to our questions. Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

Tyler was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Beautiful and clean accommodations with great amenities. Our family enjoyed the pool/hot tub and location was perfect for zoo, museum and food options! Highly recommend!

We had an absolute blast hanging out in the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub, and yard games provided. Movie night in the downstairs 'game room' was wonderful. We hope to stay here again on future trips!

Devin and NaKayla’s place delivers on its promise. It’s perfectly located right in the center of town on 4th, making it super convenient for getting around. Everything in the home was in great working order, clean, and neatly organized. I can warmly recommend staying here – a smooth and comfortable experience all around!

Fantastic hosts, very communicative and LOTS to do at this spot! They had a pool, hot tub, rooftop hangout and more! Also, in downtown Louisville so restaurants are walkable! It was a nice little get away spot. Glad we came!
