Gite Lou Pitchounet Labeled: 3-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation. 35 m2 studio, with independent entrance. Beautiful services with air conditioning, TV and equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a large "saltwater" pool and its beach. To the west, on the bedroom side, a nice terrace for sunbathing in complete privacy. In front of the terrace, in its green setting, a 2-seater Jacuzzi strictly reserved for our cottage guests. And, of course, plancha available poolside.

Our cottage awaits you in a little piece of paradise, a preserved and quiet place. You can enjoy private swimming, family-friendly activities (hikes, soft lane by the Eyrieux River, water hiking, kayaking canoeing, mountain biking trails from the vacation rental, etc.). Detached house with private saltwater pool.

Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.

André and Danièle will welcome you for your stay in this charming cottage 200 meters from the village and shops: Bakery, Tobacco/Newspapers, Cellar/Cooperative. The village has a pharmacy, two doctors, a physiotherapist. The cottage is very pleasant and quiet. A mezzanine with a double bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor. Pets are also allowed. The Villa of Dugradus Butterflies

Villa – 8 people – 3 bedrooms – Swimming pool with submerged beach. Located 800 m from the Ardèche River, the villa is a perfect base for visiting Ardèche halfway between the south (Vallon Pont d'Arc) and the Ardèche Mountains (Mont Gerbier de Jonc). The Via Ardèche is 500 m from the house as well as the Ardèche River. the house has a children's play area with slide, hut and swing.
