My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children). There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the Château de Grignan(20 km),the Ardèche gorges (20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Electric banne store with its remote control. Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so no party.

South Ardèche Gîte (Casteljau) – 1st Floor

Comfortable cottage in southern Ardèche located in Berrias-et-Casteljau on the edge of the Le Chassezac River and close to the Bois de Païolive. Located at the gates of one of the most beautiful natural sites in France : the gorges of the Ardèche with its famous arc bridge and UNESCO world heritage cavern. On site : swimming, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing. As a reminder : sheets and linens are not provided (optional).

Azur with its SPA

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.

The Little Mill House

200 m from the center of the village, in a small quiet street by the river, small independent accommodation classified as Furnished Tourist Accommodation ***, adjoining the main house, converted from the old Villefort mill. 40 m2, beautifully restored, can accommodate 1–4 people.
