Apartment holiday rentals in Japanese's Island

Our stay was wonderful. My family and I felt at home. The apartment is beautiful well equipped and with a great location very close to the beach. Christiane has always been very solicitous, kind and willing to make our stay great. It would definitely indicate to my family and friends and I hope to be able to return in the future.

It was exactly as advertised, Janaina was very attentive and responded promptly, impeccable cleanliness, cozy and practical environment, they were wonderful days, and we will certainly return.

tranquil and delicious stay! house is located a few meters from Caravelas beach that lies within one of the largest Brazil pau reserves in Rio. under-explored beach,clean and with structure( restaurant) and some stalls . Little bustling and calm region! Clean and very spacious home!

Dani's studios are great, everything just like the announcement, everything impeccable, I stayed at studio 107, for 2 people cater very well, it's spacious, the internal and external structure are great tbm, everything clean, smelly, organized and working! Great location, 7 minutes walking to the beach of the fort, easy access to other tbm beaches, the receptivity of both Dani and parents Terry and Lucia were incredible, all very friendly, give several restaurant and beach tips! Mauro tbm is great, always catering to us with a smile on his face! Dani answered me very quickly every time he texted me! This I thought was awesome! 24 hrs available! Outside all the information she sent me the day before my arrival! Flexible Checkin and Checkout… Anyway, I totally recommend it, I will return again soon to Dani's studios pq are perfect! For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

Beautiful two-story penthouse apartment right on the beach. Alex, the building manager, was very nice, polite and super helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Paula's AP is a wonderful condominium with super polite people, great concierge. Anyway, Paula is a special person, she is there for us, we feel at home, everything is perfect, the apartment is clean, we will definitely be back soon, my family loved it, I recommend it, 10 out of 10

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Our stay was amazing! We were afraid it would stay away from the beach but the place is very charming. There is a kiosk almost in front that on weekends it has a very special sambinha and you feel the atmosphere of the place. The apartment is in a quiet place, with a very close bakery and holds 1 couple with 2 children well. It has a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue and gym in the condominium but we hardly use it because Cabo Frio has a lot of good place to know around! I asked Luiza to provide mattresses for my children to sleep in the room and also beach towels, which was attended!!! Voltaria for sure!!!

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!
