Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Japan

we had a great stay here. It was just a short scenic walk away from buey asakusa but felt peaceful and local. we could not believe how quiet it was! finding it and using provided codes was easy. Room was spacious for Tokyo and the price paid. Would book again!

So close to restaurants and the Meguro River and the shopping is great. Close to the train station so very easy to get around. The place is not spacious but then we were only there to sleep. We really enjoyed the locality. Riki’s communication was excellent.

도톤보리,쿠로몬시장과 근접해있으며 숙소가 넓은편이고 깨끗하여 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 엘레베이터도 넓은편이라 편하게 왔다갔다 할 수 있었습니다. 샤워시설도 너무 깨끗하고 넓은편이라 씻기에도 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 호스트님께서도 질문에 대한 답이 빠르셔서 궁금점을 쉽게 해결했네요. 전에 오사카에서 묵었던 숙소는 호텔이라 매우좁아 불편했던 기억이 있었지만 이번 숙소는 다음에 오사카를 방문하면 또 오고싶은 숙소로 생각이 될 만큼 완벽하네요. 청결에 예민한편이라 걱정이 많았는데 너무 좋았습니다. 지인들이 오사카 간다고 하면 여길 반드시 추천하고 싶습니다. 오사카에서 행복한 기분으로 돌아갈 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다.^^

Great location, very easy access to city centre shopping dining. 納涼牀grade patio, great for breakfast and night drinks. Lots of cool air, no need for ac on summer. Host Ken quick response and service. Can help book restaurants.

Great stay and host was super responsive. I accidentally booked an extra night before we got there and they left us some money as a partial refund for that night.

Staying here was an excellent choice. We felt at home, safe, and quite comfortable. Very quiet area that has nearby convenience stores and a grocery Nice walkable area. The park nearby with all the cherry trees is gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a great stay. Thanks Emiko

I love how it’s very easy to access the metro and popular places

As myself being born and raised Japanese, I feel very proud of Seiji to represent us and providing a great service to the fellow travelers to Japan and improving the image of our country. The apartment is exactly as it’s described and more. It was the perfect base for my short stay in Tokyo. Thank you again for providing us the great place to stay in Tokyo.

虽然租的是楼下，但好像整个房子都是租给我们了，房东帮助打扫卫生，但从来不会见到房东，没有合住的拘束感，感觉太舒服了。

Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

We visited for the Osaka expo and had a terrific time. This was a perfect home base with everything we needed at home, great location for walking around and easy public transportation access. When we needed more coffee the host got back immediately and before the end of the day coffee was seamlessly restocked - just wow! Even though we were a big family, there was plenty of room for everyone, privacy but also a common space to hang out in. Easy for entertaining - there was even a nintendo switch under the tv. Plenty of phone chargers too. I loved that there was always hot water for us all to bathe and take showers. The elevator was perfect for those of us who appreciated not having to go up and down stairs. And it was SO CLEAN! 1000% recommend this spot!

Yamano was a great host. Everything was as described and he was very helpful and responsive before and during our trip. Our family of 5 adults felt very comfortable in this property. There was a bus stop nearby as well as a few different train stations within walking distance. There was a convenience store nearby to get supplies. The location was nearby Arashiyama attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood area that felt more like home. If we ever end up headed their way again we would definitely stay with Yamano. The car service that Yamano set us up with was also very nice and worked well for getting to and from Kyoto Station as well as an 8hr tour.

這間民宿很適合一家大細來入住，但開車最好，如果行出河口湖站會有點遠，廁所3個，沖涼又3個，有個大露台望到富士山連有2間房窗戶都見到，但床 墊就一般般，但很乾淨衛生。開車去附近超市5分鐘，唔開車7仔步行2分鐘，民宿隔離有火車經過都唔太影響睡眠，所以，下次有機會來河口湖係會必住地方。回覆問題都很快，感謝民宿主人熱成 努力解答問題。

今回な残念ながらうめの宿には泊まれませんでしたが、ご紹介いただいた宿も大変素晴らしかったです。 2人ではもったいない広さで、1泊では楽しめきれませんね！ 夜は悪天候でしたが、次の日の朝は晴れてチェックアウトギリギリまで広いお庭でのびのびできました。 ダイビング器材も乾かすことができてよかったです。野良猫も遊びに来てくれて癒されました🐱 また今度はうめの宿に訪れて、犬猫鶏たちと遊びたいです！

Es una zona preciosa, una buena mezcla de lo moderno y lo antiguo. La casa es amplia y tienes todo lo necesario. Se duerme muy bien.

We spent 7 nights in Osaka and still didn’t manage to explore everything—there’s just so much to see and do! The location of the house is perfect—within walking distance to the train station and major tourist areas. We travelled with two young kids and had no issues using strollers. There’s a lift at the train station which is close by, and we were even able to store both strollers comfortably in the house. The house itself is lovely, thoughtfully decorated, and feels very much like a home away from home. We settled in quickly and felt right at ease. We were initially concerned about managing trash disposal, but the host made it incredibly seamless and stress-free. The only minor downside was the soundproofing—it’s not the best. I’m a light sleeper, and the area can get a bit noisy at night. We also heard a crow early in the morning on our first day. Additionally, the linens were slightly yellowed, but that’s an easy fix. We will book Yoko place again if we visit Osaka!

Some people run their Airbnb just as a business, but it's clear that Yudike and Asami have a genuine passion for hospitality and meeting new people. One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

Amazing location and overall stay!

出張で３日間利用させていただきました。快適に過ごさせていただきました。チェックインの方法はシンプルで分かりやすかったです。周りはとても静かなところで、近くに線路がありましたが、音などは全く気になりませんでした。お陰様で良い滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

房間整潔，家人很喜歡這裡很有家的感覺；車站/便利店都是步行路程5分鐘內便可到達，超方便。下次再來會再選這裡入住。

房間內如图片一樣，整體感覺不錯，除了客廳那套被子有很大洗不掉油漬殘留有點礙眼，其它還可以，冰箱有簡單調味。 不提供牙刷，不提供洗衣液有點不方便😝

호스트님의 응대가 신속하고 정확했습니다. 여러 요구를 잘 응해주셨고, 숙소 자체도 훌륭했습니다. 다시 아사히카와에 온다면 재투숙의향 있습니다!! 가성비가 너무 좋았고, 아주 합리적이며 부족한것이 없었습니다.

This was our first Airbnb in Japan and it started off the trip well. 5 full size beds in 3 bedrooms was great for privacy. Mattresses are on the firm side. It's in the middle of K-town so lively and exciting, but on Monday night, I could hear people and k-pop playing until 4 am. Luckily I enjoy the music and was so jet-lagged, I slept through most of it. There's a filtered water dispenser, which is very nice for filling reusable bottles for the day and not having to worry about buying from the store. There's a couple hosts and the one who was in charge of communication during the trip was very responsive, even when I messaged at 7 am (sorry!) The dining table was nice to eat quick meals at and a Lawson is right around the corner. The shower was fairly clean, but we did have to use the designated shower slippers and the area right outside the shower lacked clean space to put down our clean clothes or toiletry bags etc. Not a big deal unless you're a germaphobe. Overall great experience!
