Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Japan

Loved this place and felt right at home. A beautiful apartment, really safe and secure in a quiet residential area but only a couple of minutes walk to major train stations/bus routes. Great host, really helpful communications and checked in on us a few times via text

We had a fantastic stay in Kyoto as a family of four. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the train station and 7-11, which made getting around and grabbing essentials super easy. The house itself had so much space, with separate upstairs and downstairs areas, and the deep spa bath was a real treat after long days exploring. The tech throughout the house was impressive and made everything really convenient. Most of all, our host was absolutely lovely—going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

The room is very clean and large, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a bath tub, a vending machine at the door, and a 711 next to it.But it's not very friendly for people without a car, you have to go up a particularly steep slope, and it's inconvenient to take a taxi with your luggage.There are two rooms, the rooms are sunken, and it is not very convenient to take luggage.But the air conditioning is pretty good.I feel that it is suitable for people who have a chef and driver at home to come on vacation, and it is not suitable for students to come for team building.

A wonderful stay from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Really nothing else to say except of you’re lucky enough to get a reservation, book it!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. We had such a lovely stay that we extended an extra day because we didn’t want to leave. Very peaceful, beautiful views, lovely hot springs bath, and cute nearby town. Perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Airi was very kind, responsive, accommodating, and she shared great recommendations!

We stayed at Takeshi’s place for 6 days during our first visit to Kyoto and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was lovely and very clean, had a great kitchen, and we really enjoyed the outdoor garden and shower/bath. Takeshi was a very kind and responsive host and sent a great list of recommendations for the area. The neighborhood was quiet but close to transportation. The stairs are steep so keep that in mind if you have small children, but for 4 adults it was no issue at all. I highly recommend staying here during a visit to Kyoto!

I used it with a couple of friends this time!Not only the room, but also the kitchen and garden were very clean and there were many amenities, so I was very impressed!!The kids were thrilled with the pool!It was so much fun that one night wasn't enough, and I made great memories!I am very satisfied because it was a space that I could not usually enjoy!I really want to go with everyone!

What a beautiful place! Stayed only one night, unfortunately. The view, the outdoor hot tub and interiors were perfect. A great place to relax even for just one night!

You get what you pay for, the pool and views are as good as we expected from the pictures.

It was spacious and beautiful! It was a great memory!

The location was nice and very secluded, we were originally worried that the parking spot was too narrow, but the parking spot for a medium-sized car was just right.The house has two floors, it is a little troublesome to carry luggage (probably too many luggage), the double bed on the first floor is very comfortable, the underground is a tatami bed, we are not very used to it, so there was a bunk bed (the owner packed it up).The inside of the house is very clean and elegant, there are also two floors, there is plenty of space in the hot spring room, and we also enjoy the hot spring every day.There are also many attractions along the way, it is a very perfect place to stay ~ We will come again next time, many attractions have not been visited yet! Ryunon’s place looked exactly like the photos—an elegant, spotless hill-top home offering privacy and beautiful sunset ocean views. We found it conveniently located to restaurants and a grocery store downtown, and a great base for exploring the peninsula, Iejima island, and northern Okinawa.

We had a relaxing stay in a very beautiful inn. There was a small child, but they were looking at the children when carrying their luggage, and warm hospitality, such as suggesting a place to make a bed that was considerate of children.Thank you very much.I didn't use it this time, but I can also have a BBQ on the terrace, so I'd love to stay again when it gets warm!

Well-equipped, quiet surroundings, lots of deer in the forest, great views of Mt. Fuji.

This place is amazing, especially after a few days in bustling Tokyo. It felt a little too secluded at first, until we could figure out taxi service. We spent a lot of time in the onset, which was magical, only went out once to the open air museum/to pick up food. We were away a little too long: it’s a great place to rest and read and chill. Good to take a break from eating out as much as well. It could be cleaner in spots but the deck, the hot springs and views are worth it.

We had a wonderful stay here. The setting was beautiful with an easy walk to the beach. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking in the tropical garden with the house's cat. The home was very neat and comfortable. We highly recommend this place.

The wooden house is very comfortable and cozy, very much like a ski hut hhh, the audio-visual room is very convenient to use, and it brought a lot of fun to our trip ~
