Very friendly environment for families with babies, safe, well-equipped, and in the city center. Very well-functioning living space. You can start shopping as soon as you leave the house, saving us a lot of trouble. If we have the opportunity to come to Fukuoka again, it is definitely the first choice for housing. I made a reservation in a hurry, but they were really kind and did everything perfectly from storing my luggage to organizing it. The location is good, and there are 4 beds, so I think it would be nice to go with my family. I'm planning to book it for my next family trip. It was a really nice place to stay.

As a woman of few words, I simply say that it was incredible and I will be back. Amazing service, incredible location and made us feel home in Furano. The private onsen for me and my partner made it feel a 6 star experience.

Yuri is a friendly and helpful host who greet us on arrival. The apartment is nice, especially the full function kitchen and ocean view bathroom. Balcony is the best. Unbelievable sunset view! We enjoyed the stay very much and would like to come again.

I was just passing through Okinawa, but I had a great stay and really felt comfortable and safe at Upi’s. I’d definitely return in the future.

Yui’s Place in Osaka was just perfect for our journey. It was close to two metro stations that will get you to the major sites with in 20 minutes. Also very walkable to local areas. Den Den town, Shin Sakai, Dontonbori, and many others. The apartment was well appointed, we were thankful for the laundry machine. The communication prior to the visit was timely and helpful. The instructions to get in and check out were well explained and included videos. I highly recommend staying in Yui’s place and will add it to my favorites for the next time I am in Osaka.

Comfortable stay in central Kyoto, that’s within a quiet neighbourhood and still easy to get to many bus routes and Nishiki market. Well equipped for families with two bathrooms and cooking supplies. If travelling with a stroller or lots of luggage, note that the apartment does not have an elevator and requires walking up to the second floor. We didn’t use the laundry facilities as it was raining and on the rooftop, and coincidentally-operated.

Stayed for just over two weeks with the goal of exploring nothern Okinawa with a car. For this purpose it was great. The place was clean, relatively quiet and there was always room to park the car. Do note that since it's a little out of the city, food delivery options for example were limited. Overall, a comfortable stay and decent value for money.

Good location close to bus stops and local restaurants, space was decently large for the price, and kitchen and bathroom were spacious and clean. Great stay, especially for the price.

We stayed at this unit in Naha City, about a 15 minute walk away from Kokusai Dori Street. It was a great price, and at this point in my trip, I was grateful for the washer and dryer. Was very hot and humid on the island but AC worked like a charm. In general, Okinawa is hard to travel without a car since various attractions are spaced out - we had a rental car. There are lots of paid lots nearby but the one right outside the building had a maximum rate of 1200 JPY for 12 hours (cash only) whereas some of the others had no maximum. Spots are small but there were always spots in the evening. Would recommend for anyone wanting Naha as their main base when in Okinawa!

Great place

Superb location just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Check-in was super easy, and I could check in early in the morning, which was a huge plus. The bed was incredibly comfy, the best one I had during my 15-day trip across 3 cities! The place was clean, beautifully designed, with great hot water and complete amenities (they even provide pajamas!). Coin laundry is just 100m away. The popular Ramen restaurant: Taiga Ramen also accross the street! Highly recommended if you want to stay in Kanazawa!

As a Thai person traveling solo to Japan for the first time, I was looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay near a train station — and this place is exactly it! It’s located in a neighborhood that’s not too crowded, yet not too quiet either. The streets are well-lit at night, with security cameras along the way, so I felt completely safe walking back around 11 PM to midnight. The room was clean and cozy. Although it’s a shared bathroom, the facilities were excellent — spacious, with complete shower amenities and a hairdryer. There’s enough room in the room to fit two large suitcases. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room also had both air conditioning and a heater. Ms. Minami was very helpful, providing clear instructions on how to reach the accommodation. There’s no way you’ll get lost! It’s only about a 5–10 minute walk to both JR and Metro stations. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay! Walkable to the center of the town and to the Painahama Beach. We had a great time and will stay again in the future when we go to Miyako island!

It was time for GW, so I was prepared to be higher, but I was surprised that it was cheaper than I expected.I used a shared dormitory because there was no availability, but each bed is separated by a thick curtain, and privacy is also protected.Also, thanks to the curtains, other people didn't turn on the lights in the room, so it was bright and I didn't wake up when I slept.Also, because it is a shared dormitory, I often feel that the shower room is more dirty than a female-only dormitory, but this place is kept very clean and I didn't feel uncomfortable.The receptionist was also perfect in Japanese, which surprised me.I was about to be late for the check-in time, but I was relieved that you used the messaging function to tell me how to self check-in. I only stayed for one night for work, and I didn't have time to use the kitchen because I didn't have time to communicate with others, but I felt that it was a safe place to stay for a consecutive night.Thank you very much.
