Good apartment for exploring Ueno area and close to train stations too.

Le logement est très beau, bien placé et conforme aux photos. La présence du lisseur à cheveux était une bonne surprise :) Mise à part le mail qui demande d'évaluer le logement à 5 étoiles (ce que j'aurais fait de toute façon mais que je trouve agressif commercialement parlant), tout était parfait Je recommande !

The apartment is truly perfect. All the furniture is clean and very modern. The bathroom is a dream. 😍 The location is very good in the city center, from there you can reach everything. I can only recommend this apartment.

들어갈때 입력하는게 좀 어려움,, 입구 중앙에있는건 리셋버튼이고 버튼안눌리면 돌리는거 시계반대방향으로 360도 돌린뒤 비번입력후 다시 시계방향으로 360도 돌리면 됨 건물도 두갠데 하나는 비번락이있고 하나는없어서 걍 보고 들어가심될듯 숙소는 엄청 깨끗하고 넓어서 3명이서 묵었는데 방하나는아예안썻음 식기랑 뭐 없는게없는데 이게있다고? 한 일회용식기들도 따로있어서 좋았음 온천도 너무좋았음ㅠ또 올듯b

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

I booked this accommodation for my trip to Osaka with my partner, and we absolutely loved the space. It was pristine and had all basic amenities: a kitchenette with great stove burners, a nice big shower, and a beautiful and clean sleeping space. The washing machine was handy, and I found that our clothes were air-dried quickly, hanging on the balcony railing. Other than the excellent space itself, this location is great because it’s one stop away from Dotombori but still quiet and peaceful. In addition, the space is close to Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai. Lastly, our hosts were proactive and responsive and provided clear, explicit instructions for check-in and check-out, which was very helpful. Overall, I am very happy with my short visit here and would recommend this space to anyone wanting to visit Osaka.

Our stay at Yuko and Ken’s place was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. We especially spoke with Miss Chen, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She made everything smooth and easy. The home is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a lot of thoughtful touches. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood with quick access to a nearby station, making it really convenient to get to Shinjuku and other parts of Tokyo. Yuko, Ken, Kuo, and Chen were all amazing and made us feel very welcome. Their hospitality was outstanding and truly made this stay special. We would absolutely love to come back again.

３世代５人で宿泊しました。スタッフの方々がフレンドリーかつ柔軟、思いやりがあり、でも過剰さがない洗練されたバランスで、高齢の両親も、子どもたちも、初めからとてもリラックスして楽しむことができました。レストラン＆カフェがある１階から階段を上り、２階が２室の宿になっています。部屋は広々とした空間で、シンプルでモダン、寝具やアメニティーは、使い心地と環境への配慮を感じました。部屋から全面ガラスのオーシャンビューが広がり、バルコニーではソファに寝転んで夜風と虫の声、海の音を聞きながら星を眺め、ゆったりと贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。キッチン周りは必要かつ十分に整い、食材や調味料を持ち込んで料理できます。ナイフ類も頼めば借りられるかもしれません。砂浜で夜、朝と静かに散歩ができ、目の前から出る水上バスで、清水の中心市街地もすぐでした。１階のレストランもいい雰囲気で、マリーンスポーツも楽しそうでした。次は利用してみたいと思います。

Just a perfect flat, everything what you need wirh good Connections to the center! The onsen was very relaxing and Together with the sauna a perfect spa retreat for The night :) i can fully recommend it :)!

Is this a small room in a town next to the woods, the view from the window is very beautiful, it is totally different from the city, that's what named snow country. Convenience stores and restaurants are just a short walk away. At the same time, there are many scenic spots and a ski resort. The spring in the building is very comfortable. Thanks to the landlord!

What an amazing gem of a place. Ocean views, massive jacuzzi, spacious, comfortable, projector screen in bed, vinyl record player, cafe and bagel essentially next door. Would definitely recommend and come back regularly!

初めて利用をさせていただきました。 お部屋はとても整理整頓されていて すごくキレイな空間でした。 キッチンなども広く楽しく お料理をする事ができたのと テラス？みたいな場所でBBQなども する事が出来てとても満足でした。 サウナも出入りが多いと温度は 下がりますがそれ以外は全く問題なく 整う事ができました。 景色も本当に良くて時間を忘れて 椅子に座り景色に見惚れていました。 泊まって良かったです。 機会があれば是非また利用させて いただきたいと思います。

首先房东是两位老人，但是很有活力，基本满足一切要求，而且能够给你提供你想不到的服务，例如接送，是每天的接送，很贴心，早饭更是丰盛，承包了我一天的饭量，水果更是整个整个的，超市都很贵呀，我看着都心疼，老板还是给我们提供了。晚上比较安静，在日本烧烤不用担心吵到邻居被投诉，这一点也很好，还看到了萤火虫，我真是活了大半辈子第一次见，超开心。服务已经压倒了地段的瑕疵，去高野山住在这里真的很不错。👍

3日間お世話になりました。 すっかりリフレッシュする事が出来ました。 初めてairbnbを利用しましたが、本当に来て良かったです。 バーベキュー、サウナ、ロケーション等の設備もさることながら、備品の細やかさに個人的に感心しました。 クッションソファー、寝袋、カウチチェアや、たくさんあるサンダルなど。 ちょっとした事ですが、これらのおかげでストレスを感じずに楽しめました。 本当にありがとうございました。

ロケーションが最高でした！ 大学の卒業旅行で利用させて頂きました。部屋も程よく広く、10人で利用しても何不自由なく、快適に過ごせました。特に気に入ったのはサウナで、みんな大満足です。 次はもっと長い期間で利用出来たらいいなと思いました！

Great place and friendly host . They’ve provided free snacks and drinks. They’ve given us free car ride to the nearest station. Definitely would recommend this place for a peaceful stay.
