Holiday rentals with beach access in James Bay, West Bay

Ryan’s place was great! Felt like staying in a tiny home. Everything was laid out nicely and was functional. He graciously offered us to hang out in the property and it was very beautiful. He was also responsive and very accommodating. Would recommend! However it would not be a good space to stay if you have mobility problems (accessing the loft area). For us it worked out great!

Having stayed at many Airbnbs in multiple countries, this is by far one of the best. The hosts, Vi & Duncan greeted us upon arrival and provided a wonderful tour. The gardens & views are breathtaking! The space had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the recommendations and all the hosts did to make our stay ideal. Loved the muffins! Thank you.

John was a great host and very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The room is new and clean, Emma is super nice and supportive, she made the room a ‘home in Victoria” for us. Hope to stay here for next trip.

Beautiful view well equipped kitchen bed was very comfy quiet location

Great place and host!

THe apartment exceeded expectations. It was so spacious, sunny and with a great view of the water. The building was grand and very quiet. It was also near the town of Sidney and ferries going to multiple places. My mother and I both had a wonderful time staying here. Neighbors we met were friendly. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the light change on the water and enjoy the lovely weather we had all week. We were only sorry to leave when it was time to go home!

Holly’s place was great for a one night stay in Victoria. Loooooved the neighborhood. Quiet yet very accessible to Cook St Village with the many shops and restaurants. Also convenient to downtown and waterfront for running, walking etc.

Excellent unit, clean and modern in a calming natural environs that provides the perfect escape from the bustle of the city. Our stay was fairly brief, though the host did a great job providing activities on-site and recommending others nearby. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear, and assistance was readily available if we needed it. Highly recommend booking, that is if we haven’t booked it on our next visit to the island!

Absolutely perfect!! The views from every room were breathtaking and having access to the private beach was a nice way to wind down in the evenings. Dan and Sam were a pleasure as well, super easy to communicate with and proactive in letting us know where was a potential issue with power (everyone turned out fine!). Also enjoyed a few close hiking trails and some yummy food. Overall, a perfect place to have a mix of being active in nature with relaxing and unwinding. Would love to stay here again!

Great stay at this airbnb. VERY clean, comfy furnishings, well stocked with everything we needed. Host communication was super quick, check in easy, nice to have the garage for our car over a hot weekend. We had a wedding close by to attend so the location was good for us. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely place to stay and had everything we needed as we love to cook so kitchen was well stocked. Back porch eating outside was super private and nice with a toddler. We will definitely be back and walkable to the water and Butchart Gardens around the corner. Also the soaking tub in the master is amazing so so relaxing!

We really enjoyed our time here - very nice touches from great coffee and tea selections, to sweets and treats left for our arrival. Bedding, towels, mattresses were all luxurious and made our stay feel very special. Sharon’s place is in an excellent location with a great small grocery store 1 block away on one direction, and a block of restaurants, shops and coffee shops in the other, with the beach a little further on. Highly recommend, and look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home in sooke.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable for our family of six. It’s conveniently close to numerous fantastic activities, with Fisherman’s Wharf just around the corner. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was beautifully furnished and fully equipped. It is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

An oasis on Vancouver Island. Rick was a great host. Very accommodating and quick to respond when we had any questions. A beautiful home with beautiful surroundings.

We have stayed at this location via Lori's Air BnB several times - never disappointed.

The condo was comfy, clean, well laid out and everything was easily accessible. The location was great - private and peaceful with great restaurants all around. Walking distance to downtown Victoria and Fishermen’s wharf. The pool was a bonus especially on a hot sunny day. Super friendly people and staff.

We stayed for one month. Great location 1 block from inner harbor. Dane & Jake were very responsive to our requests. The people in the building that we met were very friendly. The bar across the street can get quite lively, but with the terrace door closed, the unit is very quiet. It is fun to watch the rooftop volleyball games from the terrace.

We LOVED our stay at Marylou's place! The condo is lovely, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view is fabulous, we had so much fun watching the activity of the inner harbor while still having the quiet and peacefulness you'd want on a weekend away. It is super easy to walk all over the city to shopping, restaurants, parks and sites. Marylou was so easy to communicate with I feel like we are old friends by now! Brent was wonderful as well; met us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know to make settling in super easy. They both went above and beyond and are now my very favorite hosts ever! We will definitely stay here again!
