Apartment holiday rentals in James Bay, West Bay

Jeffrey’s place on Pender Island was lovely. It was exactly as shown in the photos and it had a lovely view in a peaceful and serene setting. The private outdoor patio facing the garden was sublime in the sunshine. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a great meal. Lots of extras from different types of water to olive oil to a couple of beers to welcome us. Jeffrey explained everything about the suite and the garden in person and was attentive to our every need. We felt very welcomed and really looked after during our stay.

A very spacious and clean apartment. It was in a quiet neighbourhood about 30 mins away from downtown. It had a full kitchen and washer and dryer at our dissposal. We had a really lovely stay! Thank you!

Steve's place was actually nicer than it looked like in the photos. There were many really nice perks: (a) lots of space to hang clothes and other clothes storage, (b) beautiful plush towels and face cloths; (c) lots of coffee pods, sugar and other stuff to get you started the morning after a later arrival; (d) the entire apartment was thoroughly clean; (e) lots of light with two balconies. At least for us, there were fresh flowers in 3 rooms. Nice touch! Steve was very responsive when we were trying to get in. The location: a very safe and fun area of downtown Victoria. Many restaurants on nearby Yates.

Nicola’s place was the perfect respite over a busy weekend - tranquil, private, cozy and cool. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. Location was also convenient, just steps from amenities and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay, Nicola!

It’s been the third time in about 2 months I stayed here - that already shows how good the place is. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice living area, clean bathroom. I would recommend it even more but then my chances to find a free spot will decline too much 😉

Our stay here exceeded all our expectations. Duncan & Vi are warm, friendly hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them about the area. The space is spotlessly clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need. We loved the large windows looking out over the water, and enjoyed the peaceful garden with rabbits and even a bald eagle. The location is perfect - very close to Hatley Castle, the Butchart Gardens, and an easy 25-minute drive to downtown. I can't think of anything that would have improved our time here!

This is a very quiet, private and peaceful oasis that isn't too far away from Ganges and other must-see Saltspring Island attractions. The suite is squeaky clean and has everything you'll need. It has a distant ocean view through the trees and friendly deer grazing close by. Dal is a friendly host, giving us detailed information about the suite upon check-in and proactively providing restaurant and hiking recommendations. We followed his advice and booked a great dinner at Off the Hook restaurant, and took the "easy on the knees" version of the Mt. Erskine hike and really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and we had a great weekend on the Island.

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Colleen was incredibly friendly and offered great advice on local spots and things to do. The kitchen was stocked with fresh fruits, eggs, sweets, and delicious cookies, which made us feel right at home. All daily and primary needs were thoughtfully provided for. The space itself was beautifully decorated with charming, personal touches that made our stay extra special. On our last day, Colleen even invited us to have tea at home, which was such a kind gesture—unfortunately, we had to leave early and couldn’t join, but we truly appreciated the invitation. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would love to return and stay with Colleen and Allen again in the future!

The room is new and clean, Emma is super nice and supportive, she made the room a ‘home in Victoria” for us. Hope to stay here for next trip.

We had a love stay at Rebecca’s. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We really loved the location and all the little cafés within walking distance. Thank you for a great stay!

Linda and Albert were fantastic hosts - friendly, helpful and respectful. The unit was utterly perfect - stunning view, very comfortable, and well equipped with lots of extra touches to make you feel at home. Gorgeous garden and lots of walking trails within easy access of the property. We loved our stay here, and would return in a heartbeat. Absolutely lovely in every way!

My boyfriend & I stayed for 6 days & found the suite clean, comfortable bed, modern & peaceful. Separate entrance made it flexible to come & go and there was an area to store bikes & golf clubs. The neighbourhood was walkable to trails, Red Barn grocery store & to the gorgeous Olympic View Golf course for excellent dining and golf/range. Book in advance for tee offs! Jordan was friendly & asked if we needed anything & was available if needed. We enjoyed the Rhino Coffee shop a short drive away & one evening ordered Chinese by skip the dishes Asian Noodle House - yum!!! Went downtown a few times 20+ minute drive in non peak times. Streaming prime through TV Den was easy! Would highly recommend!

Great place. It's in a fantastic location surrounded by restaurants, and only a block to Victoria's inner harbour. The unit is clean, modern, and comfortable. It's also on the same level as the building's hot tub and pool. Matthew was very responsive so communication was excellent.

This home is modern, comfortable and in the heart of everything. Parking was included, but once there, we were able to walk everywhere! Near museums, local attractions, shops and restaurants.

Great location and great unit. Everything was clean and the kitchen had many items and utensils to make cooking a breeze. It was a great space and afforded everyone with their own space to relax. Super close to downtown Victoria and very walkable to the local grocery store. Lives up to the billing and Lorie was great with her communication. Would recommend!

Lorie was incredibly accomodating and helpful thorughout the whole process. Would highly recommend her unit, second time back and will return.

We had a great stay at Jiva's wonderful property. The views of the coast, Puget Sound and Victoria were breathtaking. The Langford area is out of hustle and bustle of tourist filled Victoria and offered a quiet retreat for relaxing nights. Jiva was a great host. We can't wait to go back to Vancouver Island.

Such a great place to stay! Located in a smaller town, worth the price and lots of fun outdoor activities. Karli is attentive and accommodating-would definitely recommend staying here.

Tucked away in a Beautiful scene, such a great, peaceful place to call Home for a bit!

This is a fantastic location. It can’t be more central than this. Parking is also super convenient. I would stay here again.
