Beautiful townhouse in an awesome location. Easy 10 minute walk to the chaos of downtown but slightly north so a little quieter. The beach was literally steps away and the pool area was awesome. We were here on a girls trip but I've already started thinking of coming back with my family and staying in this same place.

The property is quiet, Alejandro is an exelente person and always very attentive. The pool although we didn't get in was comfortable (right now in hot weather) The silence of the place and respect for the rules with the neighbors is exceptional

The complex is nice, the pools heated, the beach club an extra... the villa is nice has all the amenities... well equipped(kitchen) each room with TV, air conditioning... very close to parking to lower your luggage.

Everything was great… the attention of the locals is very helpful and friendly. The view is spectacular.

Wow, it was a pleasant surprise! The house was even more beautiful in person, exquisite taste, fully equipped, it's huge, more than what you see, it has really nice areas, it has 2 garages, a very nice terrace, I loved the spacious kitchen and the laundry area. The upstairs part is beautiful, the rooms, the bathrooms, the decoration. In addition, super fast and very helpful service. There is a store 2 doors away, the area is quiet, everything is really clean. I highly recommend it, it is totally worth it. Many congratulations on your beautiful home

The stay was great, the hostess welcomed us very well, the house has many things that helped us enjoy, from the kitchen, bathrooms, towels, sheets, comfortable rooms with air conditioning, domestic appliances, table games, beach umbrella, chairs.... Everything excellent, 100% recommended

We stayed at Miguel's condo from January 20- Feb.11. The condo is located in a gated community and the security was excellent. The location to the downtown area and amenities was an easy 10-minute walk, which we enjoyed daily. The unit itself was well equipped and was as described in the listing. The host reached out to us regularly to ensure we had all essentials and did deliver more supplies when needed - special mention to Dinah. We were having trouble location fire-starting fluid for the BBQ. and she went and found some and delivered it back to us! - Thank you, Dinah! We enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the back deck - it was very peaceful, private and quiet. Overall, we were VERY happy with the unit, location and the attentiveness of our hosts. The house is very comfortable, clean, safe, and well furnished. The host always kept close communication both on the phone and personally. Therefore, we had no problem with the arrival or during the stay, which was very pleasant. On the other hand, the house complies with the implements and appliances indicated in the description, as well as its good condition and hygiene. We were very grateful for the service. It's a good place, I recommend it.

We stayed one night and the pool made the most of it, it is a quiet place and we liked to be there The location was complicated by a closed street and is terraceria, however at all times they answered and helped us to get there without difficulty. There are no shops around, so it is advisable to bring everything you need to avoid departures.

Perla and Luis were awesome hosts. The location is great. The house was very clean and well stocked with household items. It was nice that there was also beach chairs and towels. I wish the water pressure was better. I would stay there again.

Angel is truly a superhost! Si many small details in the house made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is excellent and right by a convenience store. The pool water was actually quite refreshing and not too cold during our stay.
