Here you will find tranquility, just a stone's throw from Kungsberget ski resort with close proximity to forest and lake. The cottage of 36 m2 offers an open floor plan with kitchen (not oven) and living areas where a sofa and daybed are available as well as a sleeping loft with double bed. A small cottage with a double bed is available in summer. The lake is outside the door but is better for a boat ride than swimming. Close to Sandviken, Högbo, Gävle and Ockelbo. Outhouse, hot outdoor shower, no water retracted, drinking water on can. Digital TV.

Three bedrooms, open plan solution between kitchen and fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine as well as water toilet for a comfortable stay. Two balconies with double seating areas, both upstairs and with lake view. (New outdoor space July 2023) There are several ski tracks, ice skating lakes nearby if weather allows. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35min away (34km) 12km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, cafe and beautiful Wij gardens.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
