Kevin's place was perfect! The location is close to lots of great places in East Nashville, the area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the home has everything I needed including a great yard for my pups:)

It’s a beautiful place, in a convenient location. You are about 20 minutes from Broadway in downtown Nashville, and 6 minutes away from the airport. Overall a pretty spacious place for 6 people as well. Great place to stay.

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

This spot is a nice small home as described in the town of Nolensville. My brother and I were on a writing trip and had never been to this part of Tennessee, but it turned out to be very cozy. You are probably 30 minutes outside of town (with traffic, which is not bad) in a cute little town. There is a coffee/donut shop within walking distance which was very nice to have in the mornings. The whole house was pretty clean, we never got the feeling we had to "tip-toe" around or anything. There was some dust in spots but we had also moved furniture around to make room for the writing setup. The dust however was severely outweighed by the fact that the neighbors offered to have us over for a crawfish boil which we were very sad to not be able to attend as we were there for a wedding, however it was nice to know the neighbors were so welcoming even though we had never met before. Another thing worth adding, we never had any concern about break-ins or safety. It is a very secure spot

Nick’s place the absolute perfect place for our girl’s weekend stay. Not only was the location great and the place clean, it was so tastefully and comfortably decorated. We appreciated all the attention to detail! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and we even left a new puzzle to add to the collection. We’ll definitely be back!!

I took my Mom on a bucket list road trip as she is a huge country music fan and she had always wanted to visit Nashville. Mike and Vicke were very friendly and informative. We stayed there 5 nights. We took their advice on several of the activities and eateries and were not disappointed. Their place is very nice and peaceful, and the property is beautiful. My Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. As stated in their description, they have a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, microwave, snacks, dishes, cups/glasses, and a mini-fridge. There is not a stove or sink, however, since we ate out most of the time it was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed coffee and sitting on the deck in the mornings. The living room area is comfortable and cozy. The shower was great with good pressure and the beds/bedding were clean and very comfortable. The location was very convenient for various attractions. I would not hesitate to book/stay there again when I am in Nashville.

Koala Hotel is exactly as described! Safe, quiet neighborhood setting perfect for two! Close to restaurants, shopping and an easy commute to downtown. The owners were knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely a repeat visit is in order. Thank you Anne and Lisa! We hope to see you again.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Our stay was amazing! We went out to compete in a volleyball tournament, and have a nice place to stay once we were finished and on days off. Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful location, and the indoor space was even better than expected! Paula even invited us to come out and have s’mores on Memorial Day Saturday, and her husband was always very kind if we ever crossed paths out and about. Best Air B&B stay we’ve had!

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

This place is a hidden gem! We initially had some issues accessing the app during check-in, but Dave and Jenny Anne quickly communicated offline to assist us. They were responsive, very personable, and hospitable. We recommend this AirBnB, and we would most certainly stay there again.

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Cute, clean and the perfect spot to stay while visiting Nashville if you’re looking for convenience outside of town with about a 30 minute drive. We would stay here again!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

We chose this place because it was close enough to downtown but not right in the midst of the chaos! It was perfect for a home base to go back, relax and get ready. The place felt safe and comfortable! Love all the fun decor! Highly recommended grabbing some scooters and cruising to centennial park and grabbing sandwiches at 51st deli!! Easy to get Ubers for decent price to Broadway. Thanks for letting us call your place home for the week! We had a great time!!

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

This was in a great location from downtown Nashville. If you want an easy drive into the city, I recommend this place. Ubering from the house was very cheap and easy (around $6 per trip). The drive only took about 10 minutes each way.
