The host has decorated the place creatively! We love the string of outside lights over the porch which makes it feel festive. They have painted a mural on the outside wall, so it feels like an artist's private enclave. The parking is right there. The living room has a fun feel to it, private, peaceful, attractive if you need to meet someone there. The sleeping room is huge, with a cool desk area, great bed, lots of attention to detail, small extras, reading materials, like a little home. It is very quiet for sleeping, big TV, sitting area. The bath is super-clean - small but everything is perfect, ample hot water, etc. Overall, it is so superior to a hotel, there is no comparison. The location is easy in and out with no traffic issues. You drop down the driveway from the street level, and there is a park-like back yard in the back. We felt like we were in the countryside and it would be a perfect place to write or rest if somebody needs to settle their nerves or unwind or sleep.
