We stayed a week at the accommodation, everything was very clean, organized, each one is very complete, everything we needed was available, very comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Artur is always very helpful and attentive to our questions, we feel at home!

If you want peace, it's the ideal place. It is a compact house, so some rooms such as bathrooms and guest room end up being more compact, but nothing that affects the wonder that is this apartment. It has all the utensils you need to do household activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.). The hosts' instructions are clear and very well didactic, not to mention their proactivity and quick responses. I could write a huge text, but all to say that it was a wonderful stay!

Just as a suggestion, I could improve a little in relation to the cleanliness of the house, I think the time between the departure and arrival of the guests was little to do a more proper cleaning! The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!

I found the place charming. The whole house is equipped. It has a large outdoor area. Next to the beach. You don't need to use a car. For those who like tranquility, it's a perfect place. I intend to return more often.

The accommodation is wonderful and our host Juliana is very helpful, attentive and easy to access for communication.. The space is as presented in the photos, we receive everything clean and organized, new and well structured dependencies. I and my family spent light and happy days, very well accommodated. Unfortunately we took a cold front and did not take much advantage of the beach and the pool. However, as the house is comfortable, we take a great advantage of the space. Super. I recommend hosting Juliana!!!!

I was delighted! I searched for a place to relax as a couple and perfectly fulfilled the purpose. giovanni is extremely kind, requested and concerned about offering the best stay. The neighborhood is not noisy, the backyard is perfect for physical activities, very close to the beach and we were able to go back and forth from Mar Grande. I want to go back now!

The place fully matched the listing, I didn't go by car because I was already in the middle of a trip where I had driven a lot and I was able to enjoy things in the surroundings on foot, but for those who go by car you can visit the nearby beaches by car. Access is very easy, on the street of the condominium there are shops and access to the beach is easy, in addition to being close to the center and the region where local festivities take place. Communication was very practical and Gabriel answered me quickly when I had questions, in addition the team that works in the condominium is very kind and is available for whatever we need.

And there are those who say that there is no beauty in simplicity. The house resembles grandma's house, very cozy, and the location is pretty cool. The boy who takes care of it super sympathetic, explained everything, left the house all tidy. Peace and tranquility is the perfect description. The beach is close by, and the best time is the afternoon. In the morning you can go to other beaches like Salinas that is very close. The city itself is very small then but it contains everything. The house is all equipped (with pans and simple appliances) TV to watch a movie or listen to a music, network to rest. (Don't forget repellents) There's only one fan there, but it was enough for me. No mais nota 10. Intended to rent with family members, it's super worthwhile

mr. André's house is excellent, foot in the sand, a beautiful beach, quiet with clean water, the condominium is very organized and quiet. we went in the family, and it was perfect for resting, and having fun between us. the island of Itaparica is simple, it does not offer much, but if you are looking for a house just to rest, away from the mess of the city and with safety... this is the house! we love and we really want to come back other times. Sr André was very receptive and his house is excellent.

Awesome place at awesome location. Everything there that is needed, cute attention to details in decoration like fresh ginger plant leaves and a candle. The garden is beautiful with sounds of crickets at night and butterflys to watch at daytime.

The house is beautiful, super cozy and clean. The wonderful balcony shower and you can still sunbathe there. Large windows that leave the environment well ventilated and in the kitchen has all the necessary equipment, there is no need to take ANYTHING from home. The hostess is a super attentive dear, and has given us great beach and restaurant recommendations.

Ponta de Areia is wonderful! The accommodation is excellent and a great option for those who want to rest. The place corresponds to the description, very quiet environment, without noise, with good ventilation. The house is spacious and cozy, the kitchen has all the utensils you need to prepare meals. Everything cute. Only the clarity of the room that troubles a little for those who want to sleep late, but nothing that a blackout curtain does not solve. The site also has small markings to shop for virtually all items (walks a little). The beach is 5 minutes from the house (on foot) and the place has plenty of restaurants, stalls and dining options. The site is 10 minutes to Itaparica beach (by car). The general climate of the place is quite pleasant, people are receptive. The very attentive, polite, and helpful hosts. Both Wilton and his parents are excellent people. Worth it!
