Wow! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. My wife and I stayed here with her family for a family vacation and we fell in love with it. The beach is just a few steps away from the house, the pool is so fun to relax in, and everything around the house is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here. The resort is very safe and clean.

The beach at the house is very good, the sea is delicious, the view from the kiosk is wonderful, and Roy, very friendly and proactive... helped us with everything we needed and always showed a lot of attention and care.

The house is much more beautiful live than in the photos. The decor is beautiful and very sophisticated! It looks like we're in a magazine house. Kitchen utensils come from excellent brands - Spyce dishes, some kitchenaid pots. Completely equipped kitchen and even has brastemp dishwasher that I did not see on the listing. The pool is wonderful but it is necessary to be careful because it is very deep. The swimming pool went to the house on alternate days ensuring that the water was clean and very transparent. It is difficult to choose the most beautiful view - whether that of the dunes or the sea. to access the beach it is necessary to walk about 50 meters - warm water and very empty beach. We did long walks at low tide. The bedrooms are large and the bed very comfortable! It was quite hot but the air conditioned during the night. The villa is inside a condo that appears to be quite safe - it is one of the last house on the street which guarantees a lot of privacy. There is a restaurant inside the condominium.

We love Luan's house. We spent wonderful days. Super well cared house, all the utensils of the best quality, wonderful beds and shower. We'll be back soon.

We simply love the house, it's impeccable! Tuca was unable to receive us, as we arrived at dawn, but every time I needed her, she was very attentive. Super recommend and would definitely come back again.

Our stay at Casa Sapucaia was unforgettable. The house is beautifully designed with ornate, thoughtful details throughout – fresh flowers, handcrafted touches, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s spacious yet cosy, immaculately clean, and very well equipped. The staff were wonderful – warm, helpful and discreet, and kept everything spotless. The beach is just a short walk away, and Trancoso town is a 20-minute walk or an easy 5-minute taxi ride. Thomas was also fantastic – always quick to respond, incredibly thoughtful, and made everything feel seamless. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

incredible village, the best house we expected, was clean and with many kitchen utensils and cleanliness available, the prompts and food were great, the beach that is right at the end of the street was for us the most beautiful of all we know in maraú, we felt at home and we had a very quiet communication. I could say I felt like coming back more times, but we felt like never leaving.

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.

Cristiane was extremely friendly and helpful. The house matches the description, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and with a spectacular view. As we were driving, the trips to the city were quick and easy. And the condominium deserves a separate comment, due to the well-preserved nature, with many trees and two very beautiful beaches. To tell you the truth, I know almost the entire coast of Bahia and Prainha was the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. My whole family liked it and we'll definitely be back. My family and I loved the house and enjoyed every moment, whether to rest after the beach, or for the barbecue in the pool, always clean. Airy house, well-assembled kitchen, not to mention the courtesies to welcome us (good surprise!!!). Arnalde and Marcus (caretaker) gave us great assistance and the dialogue flowed very well. I'll be back soon!

Exelente Experiment! They contacted us in advance to pass the directions of the house, when we arrived at the site, Perola received us and presented the house. Clean, airy, fully equipped location, with all the items in the house available for us to use. We were also graced with souvenirs. Volterai more often.

Wonderful stay, organized and very nice environment. Lívia is always very helpful, we love the courtesies left by her. We are sure to be back soon.

I don't know what to praise more, hosting or who hosted us! The chalet that we stayed was impeccable, super well equipped, clean and capricious in every detail, not to mention the beauty of the Capão Valley region. And the affection and care of Éder and Carla undoubtedly marked our stay positively. Notably, people who like people! 🥰 I commend it with happiness!

Impeccable!! The house is wonderful! The 2 chalets offer complete privacy. The master suite, on the upper floor of the main house, has a balcony with beautiful beach views. The private kiosk of the house, already on the sand, is excellent for sitting and resting watching the sea. Itamar, with whom I made all the negotiations, is very friendly and helpful. And Mara, who helped us with breakfast, cleaning and housekeeping, exceeded all our expectations. I recommend everything with eyes closed

Beautiful house on Ilha do Ferro, all decorated with handicrafts from local artisans. The house is large, spacious, ventilated and super comfortable. Great for groups or families - it has 3 comfortable and spacious rooms. Rilmany also prepared great tips for tours and places to eat and local workshops. Also, be sure to go to Pão de Açúcar to visit the fair and the forró on Monday. Bring repellent. My only feedback would be to buy a clay filter for the house, as we had to buy all the drinking water which generates an unnecessary waste of plastic bottles.

Ingrid's house is exactly as seen in the ad, wide, beautiful, fully equipped and extremely clean. From the beginning, the infitriã was very welcoming and requests, removing all the doubts of the accommodation and supporting us with suggestions for places to know in Barra Grande. The rooms in the house are large, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is complete and served us both inside and at the barbecue part. The room is also very pleasant, it has a modern and large TV that, opening the door of the room, it also assists the people who are in the pool, generating an incredible experience. In addition, the house has a beer that works very well and is a hand in the wheel. We were in a group of 5 people and only the showers (which were spreading the water) could be improved, but it is just a detail, not diminishing at all as much as the house is fantastic. Lastly, we were greeted by Márcio, which was A THOUSAND NOTE! It helped us with absolutely EVERYTHING.

This house is a gem! We are for sure coming back. The confort we had there combined with two beaches close and the angel Silvana taking best care of us. Also the communication with Vitor and Brunella was supereasy and they are amazing hosts. If you have the possibility - book it. It is even better than in the pictures. Wonderful stay at Olivio's Chalet. A very suggestive location by the sea, on one of the main beaches of Itacare (TIRIRICA). The chalet was clean, tidy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The hammock on the private terrace was very comfortable. Always available and kind. They also offer the possibility of renting surfboards, which is very convenient. This place has definitely left its mark on our journey. Thank you for everything😊 We will definitely be back😘

Casa Da Chris is a beautiful villa where we spent 4 days. The photos and description perfectly match reality. Easy access with Chris' details. Located in a quiet and secure residence and 5 min walk to a beautiful and peaceful beach! Very responsive hosts who provided us with lots of tips. We will come back to it without hesitation!

The house is a delight! It had all the utensils we needed. It is close to some beautiful and delicious beaches. Cristina is a sweetheart, an excellent host! Always quick to respond to us. We had a little problem with the hot water, but it was solved immediately. Nothing disrupted our stay. We had great days of rest. The house is a little far from the shops (like all the houses in the condominium), so I suggest you stop by the market before settling in. Overall, everything was perfect! Worth every penny!

Lígia was having a very difficult day the day we arrived. And yet, she was extremely helpful and kind. We had a quiet, restful weekend with an exceptional view of the house! Despite personal setbacks, we have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend the stay!
