Excellent accommodation, practically on the waterfront, very close by. Walking 30 seconds you are already standing in the water. The house is very cozy, comfortable, spacious and functional, as well as charming, beautiful and ventilated. Cynthia was an amazing host, always at the disposal of our needs and questions, very resolute and responds quickly. There are also several suggestions for what to do in Cacha Pregos. It has excellent communication to solve problems that may happen. Very good!

The property is according to the description, a very large pool that provided a lot of comfort. All rooms with air conditioning, room with a fan, there was water available on our arrival, Miguel always available, I only scored the visit of the pool that we were afraid to receive because I was not instructed about the time and name of the person who was going, but the host confirmed it quickly. The access to the beach was a little compromised due to the rains in May, but we were able to get in by jumping through the sand on the side.

Casa very good! For those who want peace and tranquility is the ideal place, large and comfortable house, close to some beaches, including one within the condominium. Easy to locate location. The housekeeper Júnior is very kind and request, ready to help anytime! We have stayed a few times already, and we always want to come back.

The house exceeds any expectation. It's just like you can see in the photos and even better because it's super cozy, comfortable, bright. The kitchen is fully equipped (blender, fryer, microwave, 5-burner gas stove with oven, two ice creamers with freezer, all kinds of utensils, crockery, etc.), it also has bed linen and towels. It has several outdoor spaces to enjoy (side gallery with country table and benches, gallery in front with sets of chairs and tables, hammock and garden). Beds are very comfortable, has cable tv and very fast WiFi. The beach is a few meters away and is a paradise. The condominium is very residential, safe, quiet and clean. There are loungers and the house has everything you need so as not to miss your own. On the other hand, the host, Felipe, is an exceptional and very warm person; he is attentive, polite and cares at all times for the well-being of guests. I feel very lucky to have been able to stay here. A luxury!

He gentilissimo, lives on site (3 floor),so we spoke easily and promptly answered our requests.....apart from the fact that there is no privacy in the kitchen because it is a gate and pass the students on the 2nd floor, without problems, locate in another opportunity 🙏

The stay was great! The apartment is as described in the ad — everything that was promised was delivered. The location is very close to the main tourist spots, which made our tours much easier. A differential that surprised us positively was the free housekeeping service, offered by the flat's own condominium. Simply ask the doorman and schedule a time (available from 8 am to 4 pm), and a person will go to the flat and do all the cleaning. This brought even more comfort to our stay and we found it to be a super positive point. We highly recommend it!

Excellent location. It has shops nearby (with a lottery, 24-hour ATM, beauty salon, place to have a snack, BK, clothing store and pharmacy), many places to eat around, facing the beach (which is not very good for swimming because the waves are very strong), less than 20km from the airport, I couldn't go to the sights because I was in a hurry and it also rained, but I intend to return next time and stay in the same place. I highly recommend the accommodation! The host is a super nice person, communicative, kind, gave great tips and responded quickly. Because it is a flat, I recommend a maximum of 2 people or alone. It is well furnished, very clean and everything works perfectly.

We had a great stay in Hugo's apartment, which is tastefully decorated and offers a very nice view. Hugo is very responsive and advised us on some nice places. The building is secure and close to the beach. We recommend it!

My stay at Sue's apartment was wonderful! The space is welcoming, well maintained, renovated and is in the center of the historic neighborhood of Santo Antônio Além do Carmo. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the old center of Salvador, with everything within walking distance. Sue was extremely attentive and kind from the first contact, always available to help and ensure that everything went well. I highly recommend and hope to return soon!

What an incredible coverage!!! We chose this coverage to gather the family to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and family reunion. There were 8 of us, and we were very well accommodated. The apartment is spacious and very cozy, very welcoming. We felt at home. Grace is an excellent host. Always available, 24/7. Everything went super well and we had no problems. I requested a late checkout on the last day and was promptly attended to. Everyone in the family loved it and on another occasion we will definitely return to this beautiful and cozy penthouse. Frederico was super attentive, quick responses whenever requested, the location is another attraction, in a wooded, clean and full of attractions region, the private pier of the building is another Plus! Simply sensational! The gym is very good and has a breathtaking! I hope to be able to return soon and the app will definitely be my first choice!

The property is very well located, close to the beach, market, bakery, shopping and pharmacy. The surrounding area is super safe and is just a 12-minute walk from Farol da Barra. My wife and I love it and we definitely intend to return. We highly recommend it.
