Holiday rentals with beach access in Itaparica Island

The super new building is very beautiful, it draws a lot of attention in Barra, so we went to check it out, and we had a unique experience in this Studio, a perfect stay, we enjoyed the space a lot, everything was clean, new, organized. Hosting exceeded all expectations! The property is exactly as in the photos: clean, well-equipped, comfortable and very well located (bars and restaurants nearby). Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, always attentive and available to clarify any questions. Everything worked perfectly during the stay — from the appliances to the access to the place. I would definitely host again and recommend it!

Excellent apartment. Identical to the photos, organized, clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. The hammock on the balcony is a great bonus, as is the excellent TV in the living room. I was unlucky to have chosen a rainy weekend to stay in this apartment, but even so the view is sensational. It is well worth it. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

A word to evaluate the stay: perfect! We spent wonderful days on the island! Since the negotiation/communication with Walter (and advisor); through the issue of the apartment itself, which was clean and is super cozy, everything was great. As well as the location, the village infrastructure is note 1000 (restaurant, pool, internet, game room, large parking, etc.). First-class accommodation. Excellent building structure, clean apartment, well located, complete and with a breathtaking view. Communication with the host was smooth and agile. It exceeded expectations by far!!

The accommodation is wonderful and our host Juliana is very helpful, attentive and easy to access for communication.. The space is as presented in the photos, we receive everything clean and organized, new and well structured dependencies. I and my family spent light and happy days, very well accommodated. Unfortunately we took a cold front and did not take much advantage of the beach and the pool. However, as the house is comfortable, we take a great advantage of the space. Super. I recommend hosting Juliana!!!!

Great stay! Large and comfortable house, comfortable beds! I'll definitely be back soon! Just as a suggestion, I could improve a little in relation to the cleanliness of the house, I think the time between the departure and arrival of the guests was little to do a more proper cleaning! Rebeca is always very helpful and trying to resolve all the items we communicated, the house was very clean and it was a very comfortable and fun weekend for the family! To make the space even more perfect, it would need better pool furniture, the chairs are broken and there is a risk of the elderly having an accident. And a pool umbrella for the children's pool area. I would also organize the space in the house for the employees to sleep.

The house is excellent, and the location is very good. The condominium is well located, close to commerce. The house has a door that gives direct access to the beach. Great for children, bathing in the sea and the shower at home. All well-equipped rooms, not all with air conditioning, but ceiling fan, bed linen and towels. Three bathrooms with shower, one in the suite. A toilet. The person responsible for providing support has always been available to assist with information and services. Good pool and always clean. The kitchen is well equipped, with basic utensil, fridge and freezer. It has no filter, we always buy a gallon of mineral water, it has the support of the gallon. It was an exceptional experience, the house is wonderful. A wonder to sleep with the sound of the sea to the bottom. The suite has a good balcony, the 3rd floor has room to put many mattresses. spacious rooms

My experience on this Airbnb was just amazing! The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, always available to answer my questions and make sure everything was perfect. The space was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to the region's main landmarks and restaurants. I recommend this place with my eyes closed and I will definitely return on a future visit!

Very good apartment, well ventilated and lit, very close to Porto da Barra beach (one of the best beaches in the world, but beware of the chair and umbrella vendors, negotiate and ask prices beforehand, including beers and caipirinhas). Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

The apartment is extremely cozy. The location is great, allowing you to access the best places on foot or by bike, available for rental at the condominium door. The view is really impactful. I'll be back soon.

Nice place, comfortable, spacious, good location. There are night clubs nearby, you can hear the music from the apartment.

Second time staying in the apartment. Quality utensils and the site is very cozy. The suggestion I give is to add a filter to the faucet of the sink, mainly because we live the experience of not being able to buy water because they did not deliver that holiday. Alessandra is wonderful, my 1 and a half year old daughter adored her. We will definitely return again to enjoy Barra da Window beach. Visit the site without fear of being happy.

I spent 4 days with my wife in this little piece of paradise. WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE!! The apartment is outrageously beautiful and cozy. The view is a spectacle in itself, a panoramic apartment by the sea, in all the rooms it seems that you are practically in the water, without words! The location is fantastic too, close to everything that's good in Salvador! PERFECT! We'll be back soon. Thank you very much!

We love the location. Exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable. Soft, smelling bed and bath linens. Bathing with water always warm. Indispensable hair dryer and iron. Well-equipped kitchen. Worth our choice. Bruno was very helpful whenever necessary. And the apart also offers an on-time paid breakfast service. Gratitude for the wonderful days!

We stayed at Jadson's place and everything was great! My husband and I stayed in the bedroom, and my brothers in the living room (one on the sofa bed and the other on an extra mattress). The bathroom is inside the room, but that didn't bother me at all. And the house had a filter, which was great, because we didn't need to buy water! The location is excellent: in front of an Itaú bike and Jet scooter point (we arrived at Forte da Barra in 10 min!), with a beautiful view of Ondina. Close to everything: Fátima bakery (wonderful), Pizza Hut, Três Gordinhas bus stop, laundry 5 min (R$16.90) and several pharmacies. The building has a swimming pool until 10 pm and a small gym (I used it and found it functional, despite few machines). Practical, comfortable and very well located accommodation. I highly recommend it!
