House is in a well located place, a little far from the center, in a quieter area, but close to supermarkets and other shops. 20 min from downtown Penedo Condominium with a very good structure. Great for spending a season with friends and family.

Loved it!!! I spent the New Year's Eve with my family at Mr. Aquiles' house, with Mrs. Anita taking care of us …I didn't want to leave anymore! It was wonderful! I ate food made on the wood stove and kale that was harvested in the backyard! That's priceless! Loved it all. Spacious house, towels and linens on a whim….Better than in my house! 😊 The bathroom shower with hot water…highly recommend! And on top of that, a mountain look, of stunning nature! This site is spotless! Have been great days with my family in the “Serra” and I plan to return soon! It is a place with a lot of privacy, breathtaking view, possibility of numerous activities, and a river of crystal clear water passing through the property…it really is a wonderful place!! In addition, it has amazing homemakers (longing for the cakes of Eliane!) and always very helpful owner.

I went with my boyfriend to spend the weekend and we both loved it! 100% recommend if what you are looking for is to be surrounded by a lot of nature and privacy. Delicious friozinho. 2 very cute kittens. Internet and TV also work super well. They respond quickly, so any questions just talk to them, very attentive. I was afraid my boyfriend would get an allergy (because he is very allergic) but everything was very clean and fragrant.

Perfect for those looking to isolate themselves a little for a few days of peace. Beautiful surroundings, mesmerizing views, the house is very beautiful and with great taste decoration. The only points of attention are: the road can be a little challenging especially if it is raining, and it could also have more diversity in kitchen items (dishes, glasses, etc.). But overall, it's an amazing experience that was well worth the trip and cost, I would certainly come back and recommend it.

The house has a beautiful view and is super comfortable! The sheets and towels were clean and fragrant, and there was also plenty of blankets available because it was very cold and we did not suffer from it. The balcony area is wonderful, and the place is super quiet and peaceful. The Claro signal there is very bad and as the house does not have wifi, it is important to just pay attention to that. But the whole experience was great!!

We were completely delighted with our stay at the chalet. It was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we have ever had. The cottage is simply perfect, cozy, exactly like the photos, nothing was missing, you thought of EVERYTHING, in the smallest details. This is very valuable because the place, immersed in nature, makes it difficult to find something in the shops. The place is very quiet, ideal for those who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beautiful waterfall, which we were able to visit on foot. The surrounding nature is lush and makes the scenery even more magical. It was a memorable experience. I highly recommend it for couples looking for a romantic place full of nature. It was a complete experience of truth, with the right to explore nature a little, connect with animals, even milk directly from the cow was offered to us. I was able to ride a horse, that's priceless, really! Time is short to enjoy all that this place has to offer.

My stay with my family was without a doubt one of the best we have experienced of all our trips . The house in the midst of nature, clean air, quiet, together with the impeccable accommodation of the house that is wonderful provided days of rest and charm for the place with very green and beautiful waterfalls, it was very worth it, Patricia very attentive and requests whenever we need it, we will surely return !

The house is magic! Beautiful, surprising. A wonderful view, the noise of the delicious, super-equipped creek - has absolutely EVERYTHING. We have been very happy days! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Casa 1, where we stayed, has two good bedrooms, a TV room and a living room with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, all with great natural lighting and as shown in the photos. Highlights include the bathroom with a glass box overlooking the forest, the kiosk with a barbecue, the great balcony and the wonderful garden. The house is very well equipped with bed & bath linen and good quality utensils for those who cook and need to wash clothes. The cherry on the cake was the crystal-clear river, with small waterfalls and pools among the most beautiful we have ever seen, accessed by short trails on the property - you don't even feel like going any further. Beautiful region, roads and good commerce just a few minutes away. We thank Guilherme for the reception and care with all the details for a great stay.

Our stay was great! Rony is a very requested person, gave us all the tips of the region and solved the small setbacks quickly! The house is very well located, has a natural swimming pool nearby, we made mts things on foot! The house is comfortable and functional!

I was staying for 2 months at the house rented by Gustavo. He is an excellent host, gives all the site tips, is flexible and very kind. The house is perfect, has everything we need, it is located in an area with a lot of vegetation, very close to a little river with waterfalls and conveys a lot of peace. I only have compliments to Gustavo and the stay I had! I intend to return more often! Deixo here my strong recommendation.

Amazing experience! The house is exactly as in the photos, in fact, everything is even more beautiful in person! We were very well received upon arrival, where the concierge staff made another parking space available, which was free at the time. The space is huge and accommodated our group very well. Everything was very clean. It was quite cold and blankets were available for everyone. The bed linen and towels provided were impeccable. The location is great, close to everything. Sandra is wonderful, super kind and attentive. She gave us many tips about the city, it's a pity we didn't have more time to enjoy everything. We love going to São Lourenço and now we have the place chosen for the next times. Thank you Sandra, for your hospitality!

very awesome place! the house is beautiful, and amazingly clean. it is so peaceful and close to nature. the perfect place to meditate and unwind! the swimming pool is private and the water is very clean. the river is very relaxing. the neighborhood can be dangerous. you really need to stick to the big, main roads. do not drive through the neighborhoods or small streets. our uber got shot at and bullets went through the window. nobody was hit but it was scary! be safe!

Our stay at the house was excellent , Mr. Marco a caring , kind and understanding person has always kept us at ease with some valid instructions and we make the most of it we can . The house is what really is in the photo a comfortable and large house. since already thank you very much Mr. Marco !

Great stay in the chalet of Carlos. Attentive and easy-to communicate host and always quickly answered any questions we had. This was the third time that my family and I stayed in the condominium and Carlos's chalet was the best of all we have ever rented. We will definitely return.

The house is still great, we go to Penedo every year for my nephew's birthday and Geraldo's houses are always our option, they are beautiful, comfortable, have everything we need, accept the 4-legged family member and are close to the center, you can leave the car and do everything on foot.

First, the place is much more than the photos show. We love the stay, we feel at home. Peace and tranquility was the highlight. Td very clean and organized. We will vote for sure and we will recommend for sure. We were very well received by Bruna, very helpful and solicitous.
