I really liked the apartment, I wish I had taken more advantage of the structure because I was focused on the event I was attending and I didn't even enjoy the pool, sauna or even the gym, but I hope to return.

A true gem in São Lourenço! The apartment is very new, modern, beautiful, well located and has everything you need for your stay. It was extremely clean, the bed and bath linens were very fragrant. There were 4 of us. Me, my husband and my 2 pets🐕🐕‍🦺. Adilson was extremely attentive, friendly, helpful and flexible at Check in. You can stay peacefully. I highly recommend it!

Our stay in the apartment was very good. Very clean, organized apartment. Great location and security. The only thing I missed in the kitchen was not having a traditional "strainer" to filter the coffee, there was only the capsule machine. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Rodrigo's apartment is very well located, in front of the entrance to Parque das Águas. We don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything, everything is close by, such as a bakery, markets, restaurants, and shops. The space is super comfortable, it has everything we need to feel at home, a nice bed, a nice warm shower for the cold days we had there. Finally, it is noted that Rodrigo thought of every detail to make everything very cozy and comfortable. We will definitely stay in this apartment on our next trip to São Lourenço.

The house's environments are very tasteful! There are also good restaurants around! Beautiful waterfalls near the condo! The people of the village of Serrinha are very welcoming! After 6 days in the house, I left rested, invigorated and very happy! I didn't want to leave! I wish I could have stayed more days there! I thank Paulo for everything! Gratitude!

We were delighted with the house, a large space, with many activities, new bedding and towels of excellent quality, a huge living room with several spaces where everyone was welcome even on the rainy day, natural flowers in each corner left the super cozy environment, a wonderful pool, complete kitchen equipment including sousplat and beautiful table dishes, and Fernanda from the very attentive beginning and gave several tips for restaurants and activities in the city. It has exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.

The stone room is a separate attraction! Not to mention that it has absolutely all the possible and unimaginable utensils.
