The apartment is excellent, super cozy, clean and well located. Karla served us quickly, affection and readiness. The village has already become our favorite lodging in São Lourenco.

Me, my aunt and my kitten stayed three days at the accommodation and we loved it! A wonderful place, where we were very well received! Terezinha was very helpful and we even took delicacies from the garden that she makes herself. ☺️ One thing that bothered us and that we wanted to mention for improvement so we can come back again: some bedding, towels, curtains and mattresses looked very moldy, with a strong smell. It is important to wash these items better and leave the house more ventilated. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great flat, well located, close to the Parque das Águas and local shops. Clean and very organized. Antônio was very kind to welcome us in person and was very flexible at check in and checkout. Smell linen and bath. We use the chair and sofa bed to sleep and are extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing, we can enjoy the ascent of the balloons during every day of our stay. The balconies have a protective screen, which I consider essential since I have a small child. I thank Antônio for the excellent stay and hope to return more often!

Rodrigo's apartment is very well located, in front of the entrance to Parque das Águas. We don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything, everything is close by, such as a bakery, markets, restaurants, and shops. The space is super comfortable, it has everything we need to feel at home, a nice bed, a nice warm shower for the cold days we had there. Finally, it is noted that Rodrigo thought of every detail to make everything very cozy and comfortable. We will definitely stay in this apartment on our next trip to São Lourenço.

Good and quiet location. Ideal to rest. Beautiful view. You have to go by car. It's not worth it on foot, a lot of climbing.

Excellent location, close to everything, restaurants, shops and Parque das Águas. Beautiful view! New and excellent quality furniture. Regiane promptly responded to all questions. Just two points of suggestion: The extra bed has practically no mattress, making it very uncomfortable. It would be nice to have a better quality mattress to put on it. In the morning until around noon it was very hot because the sun hits the apartment directly, it would be interesting to have a more powerful fan or air conditioning. The stay was great! It's worth it!

very awesome place! the house is beautiful, and amazingly clean. it is so peaceful and close to nature. the perfect place to meditate and unwind! the swimming pool is private and the water is very clean. the river is very relaxing. the neighborhood can be dangerous. you really need to stick to the big, main roads. do not drive through the neighborhoods or small streets. our uber got shot at and bullets went through the window. nobody was hit but it was scary! be safe!

Our stay was great! The house is much better than the advertisement and the photos show! It is right in front of the avenue, but the only noise we heard was that of the river that passes in front! The location was also better than expected, I went with my bike and it was very easy to get to the center and the waterfalls of penedo, it has grocery store, chocolate factory and restaurants of all values nearby! It's well worth it!

The noisy of the river, the green, the details and comfort of the rooms, the magnificent gourmet kitchen, the warm ofurô in an incredible look! Everything, everything is sensational! The stone room is a separate attraction! Not to mention that it has absolutely all the possible and unimaginable utensils. In addition, the place is very calm and easy to access, perfect for quiet days and contact with nature ! Elisa is also very kind and gave us all the tips of the place and Luciano, who assists in the reception of the house, is very friendly and very available to help. We patiently explained how to light a fire, fire, sauna and the wood-fired oven! There is nothing that can improve, everything is perfect ! The place is very nice and cozy. A perfect spot for rest and leisure. Easy and quick travel to the center of Visconde de Mauá and to visit the districts of Maringá/RJ and Maringá/MG. The host, Rodrigo, was very kind and showed a lot of attention and care. He provided useful and important information, with details about access to the house and about tours, restaurants and nearby tourist cities. With more vacation time, we could make better use of the gourmet area. It was only 3 days of great tranquility and peace. We were very pleased.
