Check-in is super easy and the location is great. About the place: It is good and very clean. The kitchen is good, as well as the living room and its furniture. The bedding is clean, with good pillows, but one of the rooms had a very strong perfume, so we had to use the other, in which the TV was not working. However, the details do not detract from the overall merit of a place good enough to stay in for a weekend.

The house is very beautiful, well cared for and clean. I went with my family and we enjoyed a lot! The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the street is super quiet. Check in was easy and quick, and the outside area gives an extra charm in place. Jean was very attentive and took all the questions. We recommend it!

Since arriving in Mara, she has always been very solicitous. He made us feel super comfortable and promptly responded to everything we needed. The house has a very comfortable environment and is very airy. There are the utensils to make food, throw a pool while the staff can stay in the living room with the TV that is connected. Special place on a rooftop in a special corner of the Praia Brava region, on the border of Balneário Camboriú. It was a very good experience and we were able to enjoy the beach with tranquility, it has an incomparable natural beauty. Anyone who thinks there is no quiet place right in the hustle and bustle of the spa does not know this place. Junior is also a special guy, a surf teacher who makes this rooftop available to everyone.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

Wonderful! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect, brand new and tasteful, a spectacle. We loved the stay, the view is a show apart, possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the movies, we loved it. The bed part also has a well-closed blackout and custom-made furniture. Patricia is very sweet and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as an internal market, laundry, a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building there is a large market, pharmacy, super well located. We will be back.
