Great location and new td, loved!

We really felt at home. We stayed for 2 months and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We always have the kindness of the hostess and also the caretaker of the building. A great experience that will definitely be missed. We look forward to being able to return soon!

I don't have anything to say about Sergio's house. I felt at home, super quiet and calm place, close to the Beto carrier and beautiful beaches. Sérgio, a formidable person, gave helpful tips and I'm sure I'm already marking my return.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is clean and very organized, the building's infrastructure is sensational. For those with small children, there is a toy library, and in the space itself, they thought of every detail, even leaving a box with children's books and toys to distract the little ones during their stay. In particular, I want to highlight Leila's kindness, who was very kind, helpful, and always gave us the support we needed. I really felt at home! 🏡 I highly recommend the space!! 🫶🏻

excellent stay, a place we intend to stay again when we go to Balneário, practical, close to bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets. Shopping Atlântico is close for tours and evening meals. The photos accurately describe the place. The hostess was super polite, if she could she would even extend one more night in the place, too bad our plane leaves early. I highly recommend the place for those who want to stay in Balneário Camboriú. ♥️♥️♥️

From the beginning Fábio was always very helpful, polite and responded to us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it seemed like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with respect to utensils. We are comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make. It was all spotless. I recommend it with no hesitation. Congratulations Fabio. It was perfect!

Everything was great!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.
