Holiday rentals with a pool in Itajaí

Iury's accommodation is excellent. The house is wonderful and because it is in the city center, you can do everything on foot. Communication with Iury was always quick and easy. I'll definitely come back more often.

I was last week at the house of Thiago and Cinthia , a very nice house, very cool, cozy, with an environment for leisure and games, very good, the house very clean, all that is in the ad is what they really deliver, it's worth it. Everything you need to spend a few days and feel at home, at ease, the house has it. Super attentive hosts and whenever I needed them, they were very helpful and polite. I am a lot of detail and one that caught my attention, it was a welcome note with bonbons. Congratulations Thiago and family for hospitality.

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

For me it was the best experience I've ever had through Airbnb, Gisele was a super host, gave us all the necessary instructions and was super friendly the whole time, the house meets all expectations, with one detail, in person it looks bigger than in the photos! Decoration details that literally made us feel at home, from a soccer ball, frescobol racket and pool noodle! I highly recommend it I'll be back as soon as I can 👏🏻👏🏻

Quiet and holiday that we will keep as an excellent family souvenir. The barn is a charm, each corner a detail that made the space even more cozy. Very kind and solicitous host, she was always attentive to doubts and ready to help us solve common family travel experiences. There are some pets that are raised loose and have made our stay even more enriched. There is not much to do there, only the house (with all the comfort and convenience of passing) and the outside area with a covered barbecue deck and the pool. At the front of the barn you can enjoy the night with a beautiful fire and the cordon of lights that make that moment unforgettable, even more for children. Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

The very well-equipped apartment I did not miss anything and the building is beautiful, well worth the well worth pool area if we needed something had the market in the building, for those who are on foot the beach is a little distant but you can get away with Uber that is easy to pick up and is not a high value

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.
