The apartment is very well located and comfortable. I had an amazing weekend. From the balcony, you can see the sea. The apartment is close to the main avenue of Itajaí, which facilitates access. Markets, bakeries, restaurants, all nearby. The bathtub and showers are wonderful. Equipped kitchen.

The apartment is well located, close to Havan and Bistek supermarket, new building, safe, well decorated, accommodates 3 people with great comfort, bathroom with a very good hot shower. The host responds quickly and is very kind.

Otimo apartment, with the great location, pleasant, beautiful apartment with very beautiful decoration. No defects. Point to improve: Tv from the couple's bedroom was not working but in everything else perfect. Apartamento had basic items such as: liquid soap in the bathrooms, detergent, toilet paper. Veryooooo cool, I'd be back for sure. Thank you.

The stay was excellent! The room was great, everything extremely clean and cozy. The furniture is very tasteful and the space has all the necessary items for cooking, if needed. The shower is great, the beds and sofa are super comfortable, and the location is excellent — very close to the beach and with restaurants, bakery, market, gas station and pharmacy a few steps away. The host, Beto, was always very attentive, answered all our questions quickly and was concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. In fact, he promptly helped us with some issues that arose. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the LUXURY apartment, very comfortable, spacious, really beautiful, beautiful! The only thing is that it was a little far from the beach. But it's absolutely worth it! We'll keep it in mind for our next visit to the beach!
