The neighbourhood is peaceful, and there is a supermarket and a restaurant right at the corner. If you come by car, we offer parking on our premises upon request. Very cosy and functional studio, 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor with beautiful seasight. Designed by the owner (architect) in minimal style but respecting local traditions. Excellent for relax, meditation or yoga sessions. Particularly suitable as artist or writers retreat, especially in the offseason. The minimal style inside and the marvellous open view outside would facilitate to focus on your objectives (to contact the host for offseason terms, weekly and monthly pricing)

In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Bruno is a very friendly and helpful host. His place is excellent and exceptional. The outdoor kitchen is a highlight. Beautiful garden with atrium ask for a lot of shade, which is also very welcoming to spend most of the time outside. The property itself has plenty of storage space due to numerous built-in cabinets. Kitchen utensils, washing machine, air conditioning, refrigerators are provided. Beaches are super nice and diverse. Recommended Thanks Bruno

We had a great stay at this lovely house near Pula. The location was easy to find, offering a peaceful and private retreat. The house itself was spotless, and it was clear that the host took great care in maintaining the property. Speaking of the host, they were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of small issues we encountered. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made it a bit difficult to rinse off the salt after a day at the beach. Additionally, there were some anti-bird devices in the nearby vineyards that made loud noises, which unfortunately scared our dog, making it challenging to get him to leave the house. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property to others looking for a quiet getaway near Pula.

The house are beautiful and quiet. Perfect if you just want to relax in peace. It was very clean and well maintained. As a coffee lover, however, you should know that you can only make Turkish coffee. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away and very nice. The garden and the large terrace also invite you to linger. The owner is extremely nice and helpful.

Four of us spent a week in Marcel's cottage and we felt very comfortable!! The house is more of a small villa, but the garden is huge and stocked with fig, almond and olive trees! In the lively Premantura, it is at the end of a dead end road and you can enjoy the absolute tranquility! You can quickly reach the supermarket and the bakery by bike or by the bakery. There are bars and restaurants and in Cape Kamanjak you will always find a place to yourself in high season! Really fantastic!! The contact with Marcel was very nice and he always responded quickly! His neighbor Romano welcomed us warmly! Marcel provided us with 4 bikes that were perfect for our trips to Kamenjak! Thank you for that :) We fully recommend the house and will definitely be back!
