La région est magnifique, idéale pour les amoureux de cyclisme, pour la randonnée en montagne. L'appartement est très agréable, avec un vrai cachet alpestre. Michela veille à ce que le séjour se passe bien et donne d'excellentes suggestions! Séjour extra à Bormio/Célina!

Valeria è una ottima ospite e la casa è in perfette condizioni, ben equipaggiata e ordinata. La pulizia è ottima. Perfetta per un soggiorno invernale oppure estivo, data la vicinanza sia agli impianti sciistici sia ai sentieri di montagna. Consigliato!

Un'ottima sistemazione, nel pieno centro di Bormio, comodissima e con posto auto, piste raggiungibili agevolmente a piedi. Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, molto funzionale e pulitissimo. Giorgio è stato davvero gentile, fin dal nostro arrivo, con check-in in orario tardo, e molto disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Un'ottima esperienza, che consigliamo!

Cilli ist eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Es hat uns beeindruckt, mit welcher Liebe und Professionalität aus diesem historischen Gebäude eine moderne und angenehme Wohnung entstehen konnte. Der Umbau ist mit einem Fotobuch sehr schön dokumentiert. Es sind viele Informationsmaterialien für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung vorhanden. Sehr schön ist auch, dass Gerhard (ihr Mann) eigens Routen ausgewählt, gezeichnet und für digitale Routenplanung zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

Appartamento semplice e funzionale, molto pulito e caldo. La scalinata aiuta a mantenersi in forma, consigliamo il parcheggio in alto che è più comodo per raggiungere l’appartamento. Molto apprezzabili la tranquillità ed il panorama.

Esperienza bellissima, alloggio perfetto con vista fantastica. L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare è che, essendo un residence, è necessaria una maggiore organizzazione sia nella prenotazione che nel soggiorno rispetto ad un classico airbnb. Chiaramente la maggiore sicurezza è un aspetto positivo di quanto appena detto. Ad ogni modo sono convito che l'alloggio sia fantastico per il prezzo a cui viene offerto.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione era ideale: praticamente in centro! Viola è stata gentilissima. Un'esperienza davvero piacevole, che consiglierei senza esitazione a chiunque!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Lüsai sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, die Küche bestens ausgestattet, nur das Bad für große Leute vielleicht etwas niedrig – für uns aber kein Problem. Großer Pluspunkt: Vom Bett aus kann man durch das große Dachfenster die Sterne sehen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht und Umgebung ist der Wahnsinn und das Postauto hält 1 min zu Fuß entfernt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt (große Bio Auswahl!) sind es mit dem Auto 5 Minuten.

Ich war sehr Zufrieden mit dem Angebot und dem was ich bekommen habe. Kann nicht viel Besser sein. Eventuell das knarren vom Wandbett war Gewöhnungsbedürftig, ging aber auch gut nach der 2ten Nacht. Ich würde es wieder Buchen und auch weiter Empfehlen.

ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione comoda rispetto al paese e anche alle attività da fare nei dintorni. inoltre c'era sia parcheggio esterno che box coperto di pertinenza. il terrazzo con sedie e piccole sdraio per godersi il panorama sul ghiacciaio bellissimo!!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad. De tuin is prachtig en het uitzicht op de bergen ook. Wolfgang en Andrea zijn super lief en behulpzaam. Wij hebben genoten. Tot een volgende keer 😊

Francesco's place was just perfect for our weekend in Bormio. It was very easy to find and check-in was seamless as he gave detailed instructions. The place is cozy but perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook at home. The bed was roomy and comfortable and the bedroom has loads of storage space. The bathroom was nice with great water pressure and instantly hot water. It is a 2 minute drive to Bormio or you can walk the 1.5km's. He also has plenty of space to park and place to keep bikes. Overall we were very comfortable and we would stay again if in Bormio.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es hat alles gepasst bis ins kleinste Detail. Bruna die Eigentümerin war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Gegend so wie der Aufenthalt sind aufjedenfall empfehlenswert 👍🏻 immer wieder gerne

Das Appartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Mit dem gratis Shuttle ist man in 10 Minuten im Skigebiet. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

Es war bereits unser zweiter Besuch & wir kommen gerne wieder! Der private Spa perfekt für eine Auszeit & Mery kümmert sich liebevoll um jedes Detail. Das Frühstück ist gigantisch & der ganze Service richtig gut. Danke für alles & bis zum nächsten Mal!

Absolut perfect stay, great directions, flexible check out and Stefania is very responsive for questions or any information needed. The appartment is great equipment, there is everything you need and more to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 can only reccomend, thanks a lot again.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento per 2 giorni, per godermi il panorama è fare qualche camminata. L'appartamento ha superato le aspettative che mi ero fatto dalle foto. Ambiente spazioso, possibilità di regolare la temperatura in base al freddo, cucina completa con tutto l'occorrente. Spazi pulitissimi e impeccabili, per non parlare della bellezza del piano superiore con vasca idromassaggio, un sogno... La ciliegina sulla torta é stata la flessibilità del check-in, dato che era alle 15 ma abbiamo avuto la possibilità di entrare già alle 11. Grazie di tutto Claudia

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was clean with a lot of useful equipment. The surrounding was beautiful with great views. The cap was about 100 meter away. You can also go to Bormio or Santa Catarina by car/skibus really easily. The communication with Stefano was easy. He is quick responder and he explained to us everything we needed. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your pleasant accommodation.

Beautiful apartment a few hundred meters from the bus stop! The view is incredible, and the kitchen very well equipped. A big selling point for us was the lovely pool, but after we confirmed our booking we got informed that the hotel is closed and therefore the pool and all restaurants are also not open during our stay. Just take note of that, and you will have the perfect stay!
