Valeria is a great guest and the house is in perfect condition, well equipped and tidy. The cleanliness is excellent. Perfect for a winter or summer stay, given its proximity to both ski resorts and mountain trails. Recommended!

Giorgio and his wife were great. They were so friendly. They let us leave our bikes in the flat to keep them safe and their place is placked with all essential items. Very clean.

Beautiful experience, perfect accommodation with fantastic views. The only point I would like to make is that, as a residence, more organization is needed both in the booking and in the stay than in a classic Airbnb. Clearly, greater security is a positive aspect of what has just been said. In any case, I am convinced that the accommodation is fantastic for the price at which it is offered.

The location of the appartement was ideal with beautiful views and amenities nearby. Carlos daughter Mara was great at communicating, very friendly and always responded with helpful tips. My family would definitely like to return for another stay.

The stay was just perfect! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal: practically downtown! Viola was very kind. A really nice experience, which I would recommend without hesitation to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay in Lüsai very much! The apartment is very cozy, the kitchen is well equipped, only the bathroom for tall people may be a little low – but for us no problem. A big plus: you can see the stars from the bed through the large skylight. In addition, the apartment is very quiet. The view and surroundings are amazing and the post bus stops 1 min away on foot. The nearest supermarket (large organic selection!) is 5 minutes away by car.

Cilli is a friendly and accommodating hostess. Communication was easy and fast. We were impressed by the love and professionalism with which a modern and pleasant apartment could be created from this historic building. The renovation is very nicely documented with a photo book. There is a lot of information available for activities in the surrounding area. It is also very nice that Gerhard (her husband) has selected and drawn routes and made them available for digital route planning.

We booked the accommodation as a "base camp" for our 1-week vacation. The accommodation is located just above Riva del Garda - we like the peace and quiet when we return from our day trips. We could enjoy the evening or the sun during the day on 2 loungers outside. We could also have breakfast on the terrace. That's how we like it. A good bed, 2 air conditioners and a decent bathroom with a large shower and good water pressure! Kitchen is small but complete and our little mishap with the Nespresso coffee machine was fixed within a very short time with the replacement of the machine. Parking is right in front of the apartment - optimal. Very friendly welcome by the co-owner, good garbage handling description. Very clean. Perfect for us.

New apartment, perfect in every detail, from the decor, to the availability, maniacal cleaning even in the hotel we have never found everything so perfect, everything at your fingertips, comfortable and managed at its best. Perfect directions to get there, super detailed. Great location for us We want to congratulate you on everything. Great!

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

We had a super nice holiday at Markus' orchard. Super friendly owners, great garden with hot tub, delicious barbecue evening... just great. Many possibilities to do something and always helpful tips from Markus. We will certainly come back and can only recommend the orchard. Kind regards

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

A sensational accommodation!!! Great location for excursions, high-quality, tasteful furnishings, everything sparkling clean, private bookable small wellness area and e-bikes available for free! Perfect! As a highlight, every morning a filled bread basket was in front of the door - what a nice service! Very friendly contact, they responded immediately to inquiries! We'll be back, we've already booked!

Very nice and comfortable apartment, walking distance to shops and the lake, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful apartment a few hundred meters from the bus stop! The view is incredible, and the kitchen very well equipped. A big selling point for us was the lovely pool, but after we confirmed our booking we got informed that the hotel is closed and therefore the pool and all restaurants are also not open during our stay. Just take note of that, and you will have the perfect stay!
