Beach house holiday rentals in Isle of Wight

A really lovely house with a great size garden for the kids to play. It was an easy walk into cowes along the sea front, only a 15-20 minute stroll. Many pubs serving great food in cowes, very dog friendly. Would recommend The Fountain Inn if you have dogs. We had a great week with all the family, and hope to come back one day. Jo is very responsive to any questions, and even quickly popped over some oven trays when we couldn’t find them. Thank you for a fantastic week

Such an amazing find, so grateful. I couldn’t fault anything. Looking out on to the nature reserve was relaxing, plus having somewhere to sit, such as the picnic bench or recliners was heavenly, as well as a parasol to keep us shaded from the sun. The beaches were so convenient and perfect for our dog to run around on. The extra touches that were considered, such as the arrival gifts and card, plus cleaning items. Even the weather was great. Such a perfect little holiday, I’m hoping we can return. Thank you.

Wonderful stay with our two young children & in-laws. The view took our breath away when we first arrived. We loved having the beach access at the end of the garden where the kids enjoyed crabbing most mornings & evenings. We walked in to Ryde numerous times, both along the street but also along the beach when the tide was out. We all slept incredibly well in the very comfy beds. Great amenities and well stocked kitchen. Would 100% recommend for a beautiful stay away on the Isle of Wight. Thanks Beth!

We were a multigenerational family group , including young grandchildren, wanting a nice relaxing holiday by the seaside, with things to do for everyone. The Gate House was exactly what we needed, with lots of room and excellent facilities! We had shared time and privacy with large communal living and dining space and a lovely enclosed safe garden and outdoor dining facilities. We knew the area but the recommended dining options were excellent. Great beers from The Bus, excellent wood fire pizzas from the beach pop up, great burgers by Fat Shaun and a Greek takeaway from the Piano bar.,with Sunset drinks in The Albion. An easy short walk to the beach, which though a bit pebbly was an ideal location on the sunny days for family fun, with Sandcastles. The sea was good for paddling, jumping and swimming and easy access to the cafe for drinks and ice creams. Sam and Simon were excellent hosts and we have no problem in recommending this fantastic holiday venue and hosts!

Lovely stay. Very clean, nice garden area and walking distance to Yarmouth. Great views. Some considerations if planning to stay... The layout is with kitchen and living area on the middle floor, one bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Worked fine for us but worth bearing in mind if young children as the room with bunk beds is a long way from the other rooms. There are also two tables seating four each so can't all eat together if a large group. The parking is a bit tricky if two cars as to park next to the house one car has to go in the garage which is a squeeze for a large car/can't open the doors properly. There is free parking a short distance away though as another option. Overall it was great

The lobster pot was beautiful place. Fantastic views and beach. Restaurants near by were lovely and relaxing. The place was perfect for family of 4. Watching the sail boats while eating breakfast / dinner was amazing. Warm weather allowed us to eat on the patio watching the sea and some boat races. Everything we needed was provided, for self catering. Neat clean and tidy. The kids loved the lobster theme. I can’t fault the place.

The perfect spot to relax and unwind. Hilda Cottage is beautifully styled and furnished, with everything you can possibly need and more! Squeaky clean, comfy beds, a secluded garden and plenty of seats for a party of six. Perfectly located just a hop and a skip to the sea, and the coastal path. Down the road from a very well stocked Co-Op and a fabulous pub. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Crab and Lobster, and frequented the bar on numerous occasions, it’s so close!!! The Harbour View made for a very pleasant coffee stop too! The amazing weather truly was the cherry on top. We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

Caron's caravan is well equipped and spotless. It has a homely feel and is nice and cozy come the evening once curtains are pulled. Caron herself was very contactable and quick with her replies. There was a welcome basket for us on arrival and a little something for the grand children. We had the best time.

We had a lovely stay at this lodge, it was a great location for us visiting family and getting around the island. The property had everything we required and a lovely view. Jenny was really helpful and very responsive to any messages from the point of reserving through to the day of our check out. Thank you for letting us stay Jenny and we will be back!

All three generations in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well equipped with thoughtful amenities, offering a welcoming and comfortable base from which to explore the island. We also enjoyed relaxing time in the property, taking in the wonderful view with coffees on the balcony or having fun in the amazing swim spa. The house is a bright and peaceful haven. Nick was easy to contact and incredibly patient with our many questions about how things worked. We hope to be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

Fantastic caravan and a fantastic host. Exactly as described and well stocked with everything we needed. The park is in a great location with a 5 minute walk down to the bay and the facilities and activities on site were also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

It's unfortunate that we could not stay, due to a hospital emergency for one of us travelling. I spoke to Crystal regarding our circumstances and she was so kind and worked with us to try and resolve the situation we found ourselves in. We had a great few days staying in Yarmouth and the property is lovely inside. It is tucked away in the middle of town but was still very quiet. It had everything we needed.

Alison's house was perfect in so many ways. Wonderful space, perfect location for us - two minutes from the beach and a delightful 30 minute or so walk along the coastal path to Cowes. The house was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed. There's also a great pub on the way to the beach. We would highly recommend Alison's house to anyone who wanted to say in that area - definitely 5* all round.

Gorgeous property, very clean and perfect for all of our needs over the weekend. Lisa the property manager was extremely responsive with any enquiries we had!

Six adults stayed for a last minute few days away. Ceri and Laura’s property was super clean, spacious, with luxury bedding and towels. Split over three levels it had wonderful all round views and we could just catch the beautiful sunset. There was a nice little food hamper to welcome us. Each couple had their own bathroom, I can’t fault it. We drove around the island several times as it was out-of-season so everything was closed until 1April but we did lots of long walks and had a lovely break.

What a wonderful stay at the Little Blue house. There was lots to entertain our little ones and the sleeping arrangements worked well with the bunk bed! The house is very clean and the shower is great (as is the bath!). It’s a quiet area but within easy reach of all that you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. The walks in to town were easy and likewise to the beach. Thank you so much!

I've had a very relaxing long weekend stay at Zoe's place with my family & friends. The house is very clean and clutter free, the Air BnB description of the place is very accurate. The kitchen is well equipped and we're able to make several meals for a group of six! There is clear list of amenities and services provided; The check-in and check-out process was easy. The host was responsive and gave some local recommendations. The host was very accommodating in our request to use their parking space for a couple of hours after we've checked out. The area is very peaceful with great and walkable places to eat. Plus, the neighbours were very friendly! I would recommend this place and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for having us.

Brilliant house to stay in for a get-away in Ryde. Everything went very smoothly, the house was impeccably clean and just as described. Excellent location - close to town and right by the beach. We had a really lovely holiday, thank you Mike!

This house in Cowes was absolutely gorgeous, very modern and absolutely beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need plus more. The location was a 5 min walk into the centre of Cowes (less to M&S if you need to pick anything up). Garden and facilities looked lovely too - although the weather wasn’t good enough to warrant evenings in the garden and a BBQ. We’d definitely stay again.
