The perfect place. The house is perfectly cared for, with an ideal orientation and spectacular views, mountain and beach from the terrace, ideal to disconnect. Gonzalo is an exceptional host, I clarify all our doubts and help us accommodate us on arrival, of course you can see that he cares about the stay of his guests. Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment was really nice, just like the photos, the pool was great but the road to get there was dirt and it was a bit difficult to access, the host was really responsive and friendly at all times, I definitely recommend it

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

"A stay at home" Our experience in this home was great. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Cartagena, which allowed us to move on foot and enjoy the city in total comfort. The apartment was very cozy, well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. Also, the owner was very attentive and kind from the first moment, always aware that we were at ease. We would definitely repeat!

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

A good place to enjoy the area. Easy access, good communication and helpfulness from the host. Parking at the door of the house. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival by the accommodation, much more spacious than in the photos, decoration and perfect condition. The terrace is spectacular. Despite being able to park on the street, the fact that they let us use the garage is also a plus. Good location and very quiet area to disconnect and rest. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The host and family member who welcomed us were very kind and attentive, giving us many facilities at all times. It was a wonderful stay, and if we can, we will definitely repeat. Thank you for sharing this home and giving guests a great vacation great.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. The accommodation has been as we expected and I can't say more than I hope to return soon... Hope keeps a lot of every detail, it is extremely friendly and is a super ideal place for rest, disconnection, it is easy to park and has a terrace overlooking the spectacular pool... we will be back!!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!
