Beachfront holiday rentals in Isla Mujeres

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

The place was good, exactly as described. We arrived late to the island but were able to be let in after 10pm. It was nice having a pool to swim in. It’s a great location to walk to the southern most point of the island and see the sunrise. Just be aware that there is not much around the house but it’s very peaceful for walking along the ocean, you just can’t go into the water. I would recommend getting a golf cart or getting the number of any of the taxi drivers in order to contact them whenever you want to head to the north side of the island. There is also a local bus that passes by the house every 30 mins or so that costs around 20 pesos but it’s not the most reliable in the evenings and stops running around 9pm.

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

My family and I had such a great experience staying at Josh’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location right on the water was absolutely stunning and made for a truly relaxing getaway. Josh was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gustavo, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—he was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The little touches throughout the home made it feel extra welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Isla!

It was my first time to the Isla. The people are very friendly the food was great lots of home made bread at the restaurants. Marcella is great at communicating and Yesse the home care person was very sweet and helpful accept there wasn’t any drinking water Yesse had to go to the store and get it for us instead of them already having it in the kitchen. Other than that it was great. You have to have a golf cart for getting to North beach and to town , there’s two really good restaurants next to the apt and a beach across the street w snorkeling, chairs and umbrellas. You pay for chairs and umbrellas same like Hawaii. Aloha!

Austin's place is exactly as described. Its clean, white, comfortable and free of clutter with an unobstructed view of the beautiful blue Caribbean ocean right outside your window ! Quick and easy access to the pools, bars, beach and restaurants. Juan his cohost was excellent and always there to ask for help or assistance. Great Place would stay again for sure !

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Saasil. The gardens are impeccable, it was easy to find and it was extremely clean. We enjoyed the pool, the terrace, the beautiful views and the quick access to southern sights of the island. My only minor complaint is no access to on-site laundry- a slight inconvenience when traveling with kids. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay in this very zen airbnb located on an island paradise. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

El departamento es maravilloso, extremadamente organizado y limpio! Super completo como la descripción! La ubicación es perfecta, super cerca de la principal zona de restaurantes, fiestas y de la playa, hay mucho que hacer por la región. Abril es una excelente host, nos ayudó mucho con informaciones y nos respondió con rapidez! Fue una experiencia increíble, recomiendo mucho el departamento!

Great place with the perfect location for seeing all the downtown attractions and Playa Norte. We had one small appliance issue when we first arrived. The hosts were IMMEDIATELY on top of the situation and had us fixed right up! There will always be problems from time to time, these folks knocked the response out of the ballpark!

This place is truly a gem!! It’s less than a 10 min walk to Playa Norte and a block away from all the local restaurants!! This condo exceeded our expectations!! It’s very spacious, clean, and well maintained!! It offered every amenity we wanted and then some!! The host is also very thoughtful providing chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a plethora of towels to take to the beach!! The pool was truly a delight!! They keep it and the common area clean and well maintained. It’s also just footsteps away from the front door. This place for this price is truly a no brainer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Oh & that AC was AC’ing 🥶 My wife and I will definitely be returning! 10/10

Beautiful clean home with a great location! Not too far from North Beach and I loved the fact that I could just step out the back gate for a walk on the Malecon. The ac units work great and the water pressure and temps are perfect, but the best thing about the house is the rooftop views! It's the perfect place to catch the sunset! I think the only downfall for me was the noise at night. If you're a light sleeper like me, you definitely shouldn't sleep in the downstairs bedroom. It does get a bit noisy with the traffic passing by. We had a wonderful time though and really enjoyed our stay at Casa Amigos.

The place was exactly like the photos. Accommodations were simple and all I really needed. I always felt very safe as a solo female traveller since there was a locked gate to get on to the premises. Comfy bed and air conditioner was especially appreciated and the location couldn’t be beat. What made this accommodation stand out was was the Airbnb host, Emily. She was very kind, warm and was always very helpful. She is exactly what you want in an Airbnb host. I cannot say enough good things about her. I would definitely stay here again :)

Very friendly host and took care of us with proper information

We enjoyed a very happy 6 nights in this apartment. It's well located, clean, private and very quiet. We were greeted warmly by Lucia and check-in/out couldn't have been easier. The huge terrace was a great spot to enjoy drinks and games. We appreciated the air conditioning, which kept us consistently cool overnight. We were in close proximity to everything in Centro, including the famous Playa Norte. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Olivia has a beautiful piece of paradise in Isla Mujeres. There was a couple of small issues that were quickly handled by her amazing team at the condo. They are always at the property working on something to keep the proerty well maintained. The condo is right next to the pool, which is right by the beach and scenic pier. We had a wonderful week exploring the island on a golf cart. Eating good meals. Snorkeling. Scuba diving. Overall an amazing trip.

This place was perfectly clean and decorated beautifully! The AC worked great, the bathroom was stocked, the refrigerator welcomed for constant beverages and left overs, and they hosts were ready to help in any way. The bed was large, clean and durable. Upon arriving there were towels for both the shower, and outside use. The little wading pool was a blessing, the view out the back just as shown, and it was quiet! We heard nothing but the rolling of the waves. While the villa contains four rooms, we were there alone! We had it all to ourselves. When we checked in, I was immediately ready to try out the hammock, and one was placed on my patio immediately. Some people may choose to stay in the busy north end, but we were an easy 10-15 minute walk from the north end and happy to be there. It was safe, and easy to get from here to there on our golf cart. If you chose to only use taxis, they could easily be flagged down outside the door. Great place!!
