Honestly, I don't want to say too many great things so this place stays a secret! Really, 3rd time here and it is my favorite. Peaceful, private, friendly folks, perfect amenities, comfy bed...I could go on and on. If you're looking for party town - this ain't it. If you need to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a slow pace .. this is the place. Sometimes on a weekend night the place next door may host a party or wedding. Some of the noise might spill over but really it's a bit of fun and never very late :) And from inside your room you can't really hear much. The beach area is perfect for lounging with a book and catching a tan and taking a dip to cool off every now and then. The property overall is very well maintained. The pool was still closed but work is ongoing to open back up soon. Also, incredible sunset view. Very romantic place. Will go again and again.

Me and my wife had an amazing time in cancun, this is an amazing place to stay if you ever visit cancun. High recommended. Karla was very nice, her place is very clean, and she is just an amazing person. Thanks for giving us that opportunity to stay at your place, we will definitely be back there when we go back to cancun

The place was very clean and all instructions were very clearly laid out for access etc. The condo was pleasant and the amenities in the building and nearby were great; we really loved the rooftop pool. There is only one restaurant and it close’s fairly early at 7, but it was easy and affordable to get an Uber to take us to restaurants nearby. Overall we would recommend staying here as we had an enjoyable experience.

What a beautiful location and place!! Sergio was really amazing! Him and Jose are great hosts. Sergio really went above and beyond hosting and made sure we had everything we needed. Any question or issue that came up in our travels he immediately responded and assisted, even if it meant going out of his way. Truly a great guy and we sincerely look forward to coming back to Cancún and staying at his place! Thank you for everything Sergio and Jose!! We appreciate you and this lovely experience!

Very cozy, humble house. Extremely close to everything such as food, malls, stores, & the beach. Super responsive & respectful host, so much that they changed our sheets & towels whenever we asked. Apartments were very secure & monitored as well as friendly. Would highly recommend this place for a place to stay in Cancun!

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

An incredible stay, beautiful location right by plenty of shops and restaurants in the hotel district of Cancun. Excellent recommendations and help with excursions from a very responsive host. We are both excited to come again!

Apartment very well located in a very nice area, spacious, tidy, safe, comfortable, easy to access, a few meters from public transport stops, restaurants and supermarkets and beaches a few minutes walk. Adequate quality/price ratio and totally according to the description and photos published. The hosts are always attentive, very kind and provide information. In short, recommended.

Carlos is a very attentive and responsive host. He met us personally and helped us get our multiple suitcases into the apartment so we could settle in and feel right at home. He went out of his way to honor our requests and make sure we were comfortable. You really could not find a more gracious host! The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate the 3 adults plus one cat. I liked the fact that there was ample parking in the guarded parking lot for our rental car. Having said that, there are lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance in case you do not want to rent a car. The beach is also at a walkable distance from the condominium. But once you see the pool, you may never want to leave! It is huge and pristine with very relaxing, well maintained environs. We spent many happy moments relaxing there during our almost 3 week stay at Playa Linda. Many thanks to Carlos for a memorable stay. You really went the extra mile for us, and I will be forever grateful.

The apartment is in a Resort, it is important to mention that it is not beachfront but the Resort has direct beach access. It has a swimming pool in the apartment part and you also have access to the hotel pool and beach. The location is good, if you want to go to the hotel zone, it is 30 minutes away. Everything was super comfortable and comfortable, definitely coming back as it is a fair cost

A very lovely space with a really nice view of a park from the living room/balcony area. Modern minimalist furniture yet felt cozy and right at home.

Zair's place was great! It was exactly what I needed for a week long stay. Playa Caracol was just a walk away (although Sargassum season is no joke). Nearby all the night life if thats what you're interested in, but you dont hear ANY of the noise (you can literally just stumble home). UBERS do work in Mexico, so its an easy uber away to all of the malls, restaurants, other beaches (I recommend Playa Langosta - very expansive, lots of space to put down a towel and just relax OR get on the ferry to Isla Mujeres - MUST DO). The unit Itself was very chill. The AC was very cold, the blinds blocked out the sun. Theres plenty of spare blankets around the unit to layer if you're too cold. Shower pressure was great. The only thing that was kinda difficult was the hot plate/stove thing. Difficult to use/understand. Other than that, really great stay. There is someone at the front desk all the time, It felt very safe. Walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants. Zair was wonderful!

What a great place! Right on the beach! My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere away from the hotel zone, and Frankie’s place was perfect! He helped us with directions to the hotel and showed us around when we got there. The room is just as described. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Caribbean right outside your door! Frankie recommended a place called Flamingos, about a mile away, for dinner and it was amazing. We had local caught fish cooked to order and excellent cocktails at our table on the beach. Thank you Frankie for making our short stay one we will always remember!

Beautiful penthouse apartment with the most amazing view. Was so relaxing to wake up to a magnificent overlook of the ocean everyday. Was perfectly spacious for our family Christmas of 6. Location is great with downtown Cancun not too far away and a shop with essentials on site. Restaurant on site great as back up, though recommend making the trek into town as food is much better. Note the rooftop terrace is closed. Not significantly missed though as the apartment itself is more than spacious. Letty (the house cleaner) is a queen. The nicest person and helped us out so much to keep the apartment clean and organized.

Excellent location with a view of the Caribbean at your backdoor. The home was a good size for 4 people + close proximity to grocery stores, a 10-15-min walk to the beach, and some great food options closeby (Antal Cafe and Cafe Mogagua). Highly recommend considering this location for your next stay on the island.

Need help finding the place and there are a LOT of stairs. Beds aren’t great and no coffee. But man - literally not a better location on the island and the place is huge with very comfortable space for a couple plus two other real beds. If price isn’t an issue for you, you can’t pick a better place and a more helpful host!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. My 5th time to Isla and definitely loved staying so close to Playa Norte. No need for a golf cart, everything self explanatory and beds were so comfortable. Thanks so much-we would love to stay here again!
