Overall Sotavento #107 is a Very nice place to stay. We highly recommend staying there. The pool is nice and clean and right outside the sliding glass door of the suite is a definite plus. Rent a golf cart to get around the island if you want to explore. Watching the sunrise and sunset at Punta Sur is an experience for sure. Thank you Sharon & Cesar for an incredibly memorable stay.

Awesome experience. Marco made sure my mom’s birthday vacation was special and even had a special birthday breakfast prepared in house for my mom, complete with cooking/cleaning and decorations.

I needed a place to stay for a few extra days after a stay at a resort on the same island (Isla Mujeres). I wasn't completely prepared for the rest of the island being as undeveloped as it was -- just as one example, I could not find anywhere to get a coffee and had to switch to energy drinks to get my caffeine. However, within the context of the island, this was a wonderful place to stay and I would stay here again. It was slightly confusing figuring out how to use the keys at first, but there were people there (the host and the cleaner, at separate times) who helped explain everything to me, and from then on out everything worked. The apartment is beautiful and super clean, and while sparse in terms of inventory, did have everything I needed for my stay. The host was very responsive and helped arrange a taxi to the ferry on check-out day. The taxis on the islands WILL rip you off, so it was nice to have a local "on my side" to help with that.

Gorgeous space at the south end of the island with breathtaking views and a fantastic rooftop pool. Hector, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He arranged a golf cart rental for us, which made exploring the island so easy. When we needed to extend our stay by an extra day, he was very accommodating. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved staying at Luis’s place! He was incredibly flexible and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, stylish, and totally worth it. The location couldn’t be better: it’s centrally located, with easy access to everything, including the ferry. Luis’s hospitality was top-notch, and I genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Loved this spot! It’s kind of right in the middle of the island so convenient for both playa Norte where the party / crowds are, as well as punta sur. Isla village is right beside it and has good restaurants and cafes etc… the pool is awesome, beds are huge (very firm), and the cleaners came mid way through the week which was nice. Would definitely stay again

everything was perfect just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean is as described. very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I stop by

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

This was the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! This place had everything we needed, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, the mall, the park, etc. very short uber ride to beaches in the hotel zone. The pool was great, and the atmosphere was overall peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough!

the house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly,attentive at all times,the bathrooms are impeccable with clean,a shopping center fences ,in general ,everything was excellent ,thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent stay, nice place and well located in the hotel zone, the sea view is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and quiet, the amenities more than enough for a pleasant stay… The apartment as shown in the photos… Miriam always attentive to any of our doubts... excellent host.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is central located, and close to supermarket and ADO terminal. The restaurants beside the building are also tasty. Thank you very much.

Carla & Sebastian were super helpful & detailed in messages. They set up a driver from the airport, which I then paid the nice driver directly. They are very friendly and responsive. The building seems fairly new so there weren’t many people there and it was peaceful. The whole area is very secure. The apartment is really stunning, has pretty furniture, and a comfortable bed. AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. I absolutely love how wide the balcony doors opened in both the living room and bedroom. Lüften approved! The beachclub/restaurant isn’t much, and about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I went to the restaurant at 1:00PM to get lunch one day but they serve breakfast until 3:00PM so I left & never ended up trying it. I never found a rooftop pool.

Need help finding the place and there are a LOT of stairs. Beds aren’t great and no coffee. But man - literally not a better location on the island and the place is huge with very comfortable space for a couple plus two other real beds. If price isn’t an issue for you, you can’t pick a better place and a more helpful host!

Local near several amenities, clean, pleasant and with easy access to other places! I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved the condo! We never felt the need to rent a golf cart because the location was close to everything. The best part was opening the back glass doors and hearing the ocean. It was also spotless upon arrival and cleaned everyday. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this luxury villa in Playa Mujeres! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had top-notch amenities. The living room was perfect for relaxing with family after a long day. We loved having a restaurant, store, and Starbucks on-site. The swim-up bar, clean pools, and pristine beach exceeded expectations—and there were always pool chairs or cabanas available, which was amazing! It was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations along with contacts for a private chef, transportation, and restaurants. We’re already looking into booking this villa for our next trip!
