Holiday rentals with beach access in Ischia

I can say only positive things about Gaetano and his apartment. We really enjoyed staying there. It's perfectly located (5 minutes from the beach), well equiped and clean. Gaetano as a host is super friendly and helpfull. We received a lot of hints from him, which were really beneficial for us during our trip. He is very responsive so if you will need anything be sure that he will reply super fast.

Se si cerca un angolo di pace ad Ischia bisogna andare a Sant'Angelo e la casa di Marina è davvero molto accogliente. 2 minuti dalla spiaggia delle fumarole, 1 minuto dalle terme Aprhodite Apollon... si esce in accappatoio da casa e si va alle terme o al mare... A 1 minuto un bellissimo agriturismo dove si può cenare e fare colazione.. Insomma siete a casa - casa vera: due bagni salone, cucina interna, cucina esterna, e tre camere - dimenticatevi dell'auto e vi godete le bellezze che l'isola vi offre!

Merci encore pour votre accueil! Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Procida et bien trop court. Le logement était super, au calme et parfaitement situé pour pouvoir y accéder à pied depuis le port. Nous avons d’ailleurs tout fait à pied sur l’île depuis le logement. Giuseppe est un hôte extrêmement accueillant, qui nous a donné d’excellentes recommandations. Merci encore! Nous reviendrons à Procida et si possible chez Giuseppe. À bientôt!

Sin da subito ci siamo sentiti accolti. Kikko è una persona solare, disponibile e molto corretta. Il suo alloggio è come in foto, inoltre molto pulito ed ordinato. Da casa di Kikko si raggiungono in pochi minuti le spiagge più belle (Sorgeto, Baia della Pelara, Baia di Citara e Sant' Angelo) ma anche luoghi da visitare quali i Giardini Ravino, Poseidon e i Giardini della Mortella. Insomma un alloggio che consiglio sicuramente anche solo per conoscere Kikko: i suoi consigli per dove mangiare e dove andare sono stati eccellenti. Consiglio di affittare uno scooter e Kikko vi darà i contatti.

I’m so grateful to have stayed in M+G’s comfortable and spacious apt. Truly, you can’t pick a better place! They met me at the port, and we walked roughly 10-15 mins. to their home while they gave me recs of restaurants and shops. The unit and their family home above rest behind a gate controlled by a transponder, and they gave me a transponder of my own and a key to the apt. Every morning, I enjoyed a slow and quiet start with an espresso I made in the full kitchen. Though the apt. is located in the center of town, the unit itself is quiet and peaceful. That said, if you want to be in the center of town, it’s maybe a 3-min walk. I appreciated using the washing machine, beach umbrella, and beach towels. Above all, I appreciated their kindness the most, especially our conversations, and I felt like a family member even before the end of my stay. So, book their place; be kind, courteous, and respectful; and allow them to help you get to know beautiful Ischia and its people.

Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de l'appartement de Stefania très agréable, avec une terrasse avec vue splendide, et idéalement placé. Le petit plus : l'accueil de Stefania, adorable et pleine de bons conseils ! j'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir à Ischia dans ce logement !

The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden above Ischia Ponte. Immediate access to the sea from the bottom of the garden and a lovely spot for relaxing on sun loungers which was very much appreciated after a day of site seeing. The apartment had everything that I needed and Maria Rosaria had even added additional touches such and bug spray and deterrent candles. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to Ischia Ponte and 40 minutes walk to the Port area. Alternatively there is a bus stop immediately outside of the apartment gate. Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs to get down to the apartment. Otherwise I'd recommend to others. Maria Rosario is a kind host and had some great suggestions for activities and restaurants.

séjour parfait au delà de nos espérances. Lucia est une hôte disponible, chaleureuse et cela se retrouve dans l'appartement. Notre séjour nous a comblé. l'appartement est très calme, on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et être réveillé par le chant des oiseaux. terrasse dans les jardins donnant sur la mer. très bien desservi par 3 bus dont l'arrêt est à 5mn à pied.

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

Eine einfache, aber sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft. In der Küche war deutlich mehr als die übliche Grundausstattung verfügbar: verschiedene Gewürze, Öl, Essig, mehrere Flaschen Wasser genauso wie Kaffee und sogar Nudeln und Sauce. Im Bad gab es auch sehr gute Pflegeprodukte. Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher standen auch bereit, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man sie dann nicht von zu Hause mitschleppen muss. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Marco und seine Familie, die die unteren Etagen im Haus bewohnen, waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichbar - sowohl über die App als auch persönlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Da die Insel so klein ist, kann man von dort aus alle Ecken zu Fuß erreichen. Man darf natürlich keine Angst vor dem dichten Verkehr in den engen Gassen haben - auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis ;-) Ein besonders Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht über die Insel bis nach Ischia und auf großartige Sonnenuntergänge.

Ce que j'ai préféré par-dessus est l’emplacement de ce logement. Il y a une terrasse publique à quelque pas du logement. Vue sur l’île et petites barques colorées. C’était pittoresque. Nous pouvions être témoins du quotidien des gens. Rue très tranquille, mais avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. Viviana a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages, ce qui est rassurant. Le logement est modeste, mais l’emplacement fabuleux. J’y retournerait!

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Raffaele è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolte al traghetto e ci ha fatto sentire accolte come in altri tempi. La casa è in un ottima posizione con vista sul mare e un gradevolissimo spazio esterno circondato da alberi e orti. All' interno la casa è molto accogliente e curata. Un' esperienza da ripetere!

3 chambres et 3 lits (2 grands et 1 simple). Directement en face du port sur la rue principale. Circulation automobile et de motos incessante et bruyante. Tranquille la nuit jusqu'à 6 h le matin. Magnifique terrasse. Étrange aménagement sur 2 étages avec la cuisine au 2e mais la table pour manger au 1er. Bien regarder la photo de l'escalier en colimaçon qui permet d'accéder au 2e. Tout était très très propre et nous n'avons manqué de rien (à part du café). Nous avons aimé la ville qui se fait bien à pied, même possible de marcher jusqu'à Lacco Ameno et plus loin Ischia Porto. Avons fait de la randonnée au Monte Rotero. Nous avions un crédit Airbnb qui nous a permis de payer ce logement, sinon il était hors budget. Si vous comptez profiter de la sublime terrasse, n'êtes pas incommodés par le bruit des véhicules et avez le budget, nous recommandons ce logement.

Host gentilissimo e disponibile, l’alloggio era pulito e corrispondeva alle descrizioni. Splendida residenza, cordiale accoglienza, la signora Caterina ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. La struttura è comoda per qualsiasi destinazione, la consigliamo per tutti

I do not know where to begin - if you are looking at this Airbnb and hesitating to go to Procida… stop hesitating and book this now. The island is unbelievable. The people are extremely kind and hospitable and Vicky & Tarcisio were no exception. We were greeted with such a warm and loving welcome upon arrival and it only got better from there. We felt right at home and realized this place was magical off the bat. The private beach in the back is breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice. The breakfast every morning is served with a smile and is incredible. You can walk to the other side of the island in about 45 minutes. There is so much to see and so many gems - This place is absolute paradise! Thank you Vicky & Tarcisio! We will be back!

It’s hard to find somewhere more ideal to stay for a seaside holiday on an island . Michele ( and Rosa’s) place if in the perfect location, a stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants and the water taxis to drop you off at unique locations for exploring and eating . The apartment has everything you need inviting a sweet balcony looking straight out to the sea, to sit for a morning coffee or aperitif in the evening before heating out for dinner. Sant’Angelo is a beautiful place to visit on the island . Best of all, Rosabell is a highly responsive host with a wonderful personal touch. I’ve been travelling a lot in the past month and have been missing contact with locals due to digital check-ins. Rosa gave us brilliant insights and tips and generally made our trip a Ischia a pleasure.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Wonderful stay with Leonardo! It was perfect, short walk from the dock to the flat with my backpack on. Great restaurants downstairs, perfect for exploring Procida.

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Salvatore è stato superiore alle mie aspettative! Prima che arrivassi, nell'alloggio che avevo prenotato io c'è stato un problema nel bagno, così hanno provveduto a trasferirmi in un altro appartamento molto più grande e confortevole, sempre in pieno centro. Non posso far altro che ringraziare Salvatore e suo fratello Michele per la bella sorpresa inattesa, per la gentilezza e la disponibilità 😊

With a view of the gorgeous sea directly in front of you when you wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night, this place is simply wonderful. Dennis is an ideal host: helpful, communicative, and informative. Sant’ Angelo is walkable with no cars, and the apartment offers a beautiful perch to appreciate the town. Lovely restaurants are right outside the door, and there is plenty to do, including relax.

Siamo stati nella casa di Alessandro solo qualche giorno ma ci siamo trovati benissimo! Gli Host sono stati gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato molti consigli e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. La casa è ben curata nei dettagli, pulita e non mancava davvero nulla. Inoltre la zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono un po’ di negozietti, diversi ristoranti e qualche spiaggia. Ci è piaciuto molto. Se torneremo ad Ischia sicuramente pernotteremo di nuovo qui ☺️💗
