This is a completely separate 1000 sqft. one bedroom apartment located in the historical landmark Mapplewood neighborhood. The house is located 5 minutes from unity and Rochester General Hospital. It is 10 minutes from Lake Ontario and a few parks. 10 minutes from downtown Rochester to participate in a variety of year round festivities. 20 minutes from Strong Hospital, movie theaters and more. On street parking that alternates every twelve hours or parking one street down with no time changes.

This place was exactly what we needed after a 7-Day bike trip, laundry in the basement and comfortable beds, you were happy with the shared kitchen and the shared toilets, and the porch was a great place for us to hang out in the evening. Brad also let us put our bikes indoors at the church next door. The housemates in this Airbnb were all very friendly and kind, and let us pet their dogs (dog lovers ourselves). We were very happy with this place.

Great hosts! The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the extras, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the suite. Location was perfect for a family event in Webster. Easy to find. Jim was easy to contact and replied promptly. Checked to as if I needed anything. I enjoyed breakfast with the hosts. I would stay here again!

My partner and I had a great time staying at MJ's! She was really helpful and communicative and her instructions were very clear and thorough. It was easy getting in and finding our room, which was clean, cozy and comfortable. Not to mention it's a beautiful house in a very peaceful neighborhood of beautiful houses, and in handy walking distance of a bunch of cafes, restaurants and the Eastman Museum. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else.

Cody, was a wonderful host, he even added a railing for the stairs for my elderly mother. The place was charming and comfortable with a new kitchen and bathroom, and everything you could possibly want! The place had all the comforts of home, quiet, private, and peaceful! I would definitely stay again!!!

Linda's place looked very nice and the location was convenient for me. It wasn't until I pulled up to the home, that I realized that I had stayed there before nine years ago. Linda didn't realize I had stayed there before when I booked the place. It was great as it was before. I was able to come and go as I please and had my own bedroom and bathroom. Everything I needed was there. Linda allowed me to use her computer a few times for work I had to do which meant I didn't have to lug around my laptop. She put out breakfast every morning and I had nice conversations with Linda and her husband. I plan on making more frequent visits to the area to see family and I will always check to see if Linda's place is available. Wonderful host and great place to stay.
