Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ipioca Beach

The hosting experience was the best possible, Mr. Edgar and his wife Sônia were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious, organized, comfortable and very complete. We were very well received by Vânia, who is the caretaker, a love of person. My family and I were very happy with the stay.

Solange is friendly and answers our questions quickly. It was Genilson and Isabel, the amazing couple. Simpathic, hospitable, always giving suggestions and making himself available for whatever you need. Super recommend!!!

Amazing and wonderful house, the house is beautiful, modern, super clean and organized, ventilated, wonderful garden, spacious environments. We were in maximum capacity and we still felt super comfortable. Several couches, tables, there was no room left for anyone. We were to celebrate our children's birthday with grandparents, uncles and cousins, the choice was perfect. The super-safe condominium, markets, snacks, pizzeria etc in the surroundings. The nearby beach (we were walking), as well as visiting other prsis nearby. Super recommend and I will come back more often

To start everything was clean and smelling, luciana was there to welcome us, friendly! Delicade in every detail of the house… Flowers, pampering… Even toys available for children! Beautiful location, with nature all around! Amamos… We'll definitely be back!

Hermes was always responsive, transparent, clear and helpful. The house it is as described. I would stay there again and recommend it.

The location is great. The view is amazing. Good mattress, good shower and cozy feeling. We did not use all the appliances - only the microwave, fridge and the AC. They worked with no issues. When we checked out we were pleased to meet Janet who was at the lobby. She was very sweet. Communication before and during the stay was great.

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

Nice place to stay up to 3 people in my opinion. It is very well located, and the building is very well maintained! Safety is also a plus in this place, there is a security guard in front of the building and you only can get access to the main lobby if you have your fingerprints registered within your picture. Location is very good, and there is a laundromat right by the entrance, and a supermarket within .2 miles away. I recommend!

Impeccable apartment with very good tasteful furniture. You have all the utensils . Bathrooms extremely clean and with cute details and pampering. You find things that go from beach chair, culer….. hostess very much requests kind and kindly a cute . Super indico . I indicated and will always return to the same . Great experience.

The apartment is very spacious, with comfortable spaces and different environments to enjoy. The beautiful view! The location is very nice with restauramte and shops to tour. The stay was excellent! We definitely recommend the apartment and wish you could return soon to Maceio. Regards

Just amazing! Beautiful apartment, The view of the sea is sublime. Located in a super safe area, close to everything. Super grateful to Andre who was present at all times to make us feel at home, we will definitely return to the same place. Super happy

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The host is very nice, the stay was excellent, the apartment and condominium are fantastic. There are many bars and restaurants around and it is also very close to the beach. I highly recommend it!

nice place, easy check in, comfy hammock overlooking the ocean and a comfy bed. the area is safe and the street has some beach bars and an upmarket supermarket. it is worth noticing that the hot water in the apartment wasnt working, but to be fair i did not mention this to our host during the stay because it was hot enough not to need it. i would recommend this place, very nice for the price paid

We loved our stay! Well located apartment, we were able to walk to the beaches of Ponta Verde and Pajuçara. Clean and well-organized space.

The structure of the flat is excellent, quality air conditioning, large and comfortable bed, large and clean bathroom, with a hot shower, the entire structure is functional and new, I didn't use the private pool much, as it was in the rainy season and the water was quite cold. Very well paid money! 👏🏾
