House holiday rentals in Ipioca Beach

The house is wonderful, even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is in a gated condominium, super quiet. It was an amazing stay for our family.

Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.

Sandra’s place was exactly what we needed. We were excited to kick back and relax and this house was perfect for that. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and we just felt right at home. There was easy access to the gorgeous Ipioca beach and to a beach club. The beach was clean, safe and not too busy. The Hibiscus Beach Club is amazing and the entrance being right there made all the difference.

House is exactly the same as in the pictures, or even better. We felt at home. The house served us super well, all well equipped, everything very clean and fragrant. It is well located, very close to the sea, and we have some services very close by, such as a convenience, pharmacy and grocery store. Jorge was our homeowner and served us super well, very helpful and helpful. A tip I give is to hire the part of the services of Dona Lourdes, who was responsible for the organization of the house and the kitchen, a super friendly lady and a lot of good people, we love.. except that the foods she prepared for us were delicious, we recommend too much. All wonderful, we'll be back soon!

Excellent house, region, and nature! The house has everything you might need, even iron and hair dryer. Everything was clean and organized. The amenities in the house make us to stay there forever! The house is near to the beach what allowed to go by walking. Commercial area around where you can find everything. Anna was everything attentive and kind. There is nothing to complain about!

I loved the house of Bruno, a host super attentive to everything we asked for, the extremely comfortable house, perfect if you want to go with your husband and son, the house corresponds exactly like the image, large and complete rooms, wonderful suite, the details of the porcelain tile, the part of the great super complete leisure area, even having a washing machine, we love the stay and we'll be back soon

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

The experience of the stay was extremely satisfying, we live happy days and rest in the house. The space is exactly the same as the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to take children off screens. The pool is another strong point, always with a pleasant temperature and at night the water is even more warm, appearing to be heated. The host, Karyna, was always on standby for whatever need arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us much, because although it was a beautiful place, because it was close to the river, the water was a bit cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again.

Very good stay, I just wanted to ask you to put an Air Conditioner in the living room, as it is very hot. I want to point out that the lack of air conditioning did not influence the pleasure of being in the house, but it would improve a lot, because in the afternoon, early evening, we had to stay in the rooms. Lastly, I recommend ... a lot. Thanks for having us, the family loved the houses.

We fell in love with everything. Clean, organized and tastefully decorated house. As a good gaucho, I loved the barbecue. 1,000 points!

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

The house corresponds to the photos, everything is arranged with great affection. Delicious family days! No doubt we will stay again when we return to Milagres. Andreza's delicious food and the attention of the hosts were also great differentials! I highly recommend it!

The stay was very good. The place itself left nothing to be desired. Exactly the same as advertised and the breakfast is a special detail aside: Adriana chef top. The house is very cozy and the vicinity is very quiet to rest and relax. About the neighborhood, there are very close things like restaurants, supermarkets and beach. As a tourist town in general, prices are high, but it's good. The nearest beach is Praia de Marceneiro, right after the supermarket. Inela, care must be taken with regard to jellyfish. In general, you can do a lot of things on foot and by car. Natália's recommendations were great. Everything was perfect. Would recommend!

Hézio was very solicitous, kind, responds quickly, his house is beautiful, I went with my family and we felt at home, we would definitely return. Close to the carpenter's village, you don't have to go far, there's everything, great pool, clean and comfortable bathrooms and rooms. The view of the beach is wonderful, near the most beautiful beach, which is the carpenter's, we love it so much. The reception with details on the bed made all the difference, we felt privileged and delighted.

The house is excellent ,we had a small problem with the air conditioning of the room plus nothing that would harm our stay ,of everything great , I just have an observation to make that is about the description of the ad ,the house is not 200mts from the beach the condominium is 200mts ,I would only change that because I thought it would be this way ,in which we would stay in a house 200mt from everything right ,the very good Victor people.

extremely well cared for and cozy house, we felt at home. the house exactly matches the photos, and the host has met us beyond expectations by quickly resolving any doubts we had. casa has several leisure facilities to enjoy, with a children's and adult pool, a soccer field and a brand new gourmet outdoor area. The nearby and simply wonderful beaches, as well as several nearby clubs and restaurants in very good taste. we will definitely return and refer to friends and family.

The space offered far exceeded our expectations. To those who are interested, we travel with our two pets, one large(German Shepherd) and the other medium-sized(SRD). The atmosphere is wide and our puppies enjoyed a lot. We travel as a family and we are already planning to return to the house of Mrs. Edna and Mr. Walter. Speaking of the hosts, we would like to thank each for their availability and attention from the beginning.

Mr. Cardoso is super attentive, helped us with everything. The house is wonderful, there is everything you need, very close to the beach ( a wonderful beach), we were in 8 adults and 6 children, we attended super well. It was a wonderful trip and we love the stay!!!
