The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

We had the best week at this beautiful home. We are so happy we were able to stay here and will definitely want to stay again if we can come back to Varenna. Innocenta was so kind and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. This beautiful apartment and Innocenta made our trip to Lake Como so memorable. We did not want to leave! Grazie mille ❤️

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Naomi's cottage in the forest is a dream! Equipped with everything you need, even to cook yourself, and beautifully located. Naomi was super sweet and even provided us with a small welcome gift! All in all, a wonderful place to Relax, explore Lugano and its surroundings or the surrounding mountains! I'm sure we'll be back!

Any closer to the lake and you’d be wet. The views are spectacular, Varenna is an easy walk or the train station is across the road. (and up a bit, you can’t hear it) Rindo met us on arrival and gave us some good food recommendations. Comfortable bed, typical Italian electrics and a great place to watch the world go by. The car park is a bonus, if it becomes an option, I’d take it.

This is a great location n Bellagio - be sure to take a taxi if you have luggage. It has amazing views, it's in a quiet location, it's walkable to downtown. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and bath were well stocked. The bed is comfortable and cozy and we slept really well. We loved it here and would stay again.

O. M. G. Andrea was the best host! When you think “host with the most” that’s him. He was the most responsive, kind, generous and amazing host we have ever encountered. The place was GORGEOUS. With the most wonderful view and right down the road was a perfect “beach” where we ate at a few times and spent the day to soak up the sun and water. He checked in on us every morning and evening making sure we didn’t need anything and offered the most generous things. We can’t wait to come back and visit Andrea and his beautiful home again. 10/10 recommend (even though this place is so perfect, part of me wants to gate-keep it 😉) BOOK THIS PLACE! Literal perfection.

We spent 7 nights in Chiara's apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is spacious and was super clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we lacked nothing in the bathroom. We were able to park our bicycles in a lockable room without any problems. You can't reach the accommodation directly by car, so you should take note of this. The terrace is great with a fantastic view. Chiara helped us at all times and was always available. Privacy in the accommodation is absolutely guaranteed and invites you to relax. The train station and the lake are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. We would book again anytime. Absolutely beautiful location. The cats and the dog were so so cute and friendly. A great space with all the amenities you would need. The town is extremely quaint and charming as well. The best part of our stay however was the host’s father, enrico - who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay: he offered us fresh berries and herbs from his garden and even showed us a beautiful creek to swim in. I highly highly recommend.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

The house was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures!! The view is breathtaking and we couldn’t get enough. Maria and her husband are extremely welcoming and very communicative, the perfect hosts!! We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. The house comes with all amenities and a huge beautiful garden. We will definitely be back! :)
