Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ingarö

We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay at Susanna and Krister's listing. The decor was welcoming and beautifully curated. The outdoor spaces were little slices of heaven we were eager to enjoy. Susanna and Krister were lovely and attentive hosts and we would love to stay here again!

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

This little house is one very special place on earth. We spent one week there and loved everything about it, especially the garden, the cozy living room and how Antonios and Yvonne made us feel very welcome right from the start. The location is great for visiting Stockholm or exploring the archipelago, which we did a lot, but we also had a great time just staying at the house and relaxing (and in the evening: watching deer in the garden). The weather was a bit cold when we were visiting so we couldn't use the outside area as much, but it is very cozy inside as well. There's absolutely nothing negative to say about this beautiful place! :)

Can only echo everything people have already. Great attentive host, really cool cabin, with everything you need on site and more. Anyone looking to get away from it all for a few days should look no further. I can promise, you won’t be disappointed.

För tredje året i rad har jag fått njuta av den fantastiska lillstugan vid sjön! Värden Ulrich tog emot mig lika vänligt och hjälpsamt som vanligt. Här får man verkligen vila ut och njuta av den vackra naturen. Sitter man på altanen vid bryggan så kommer man garanterat se en rad olika fåglar simma förbi och i skogen runtom finns ekorrar och rådjur som kommer nära. Stugan är otroligt mysig och har allt man kan behöva under sin vistelse. Sängen är mycket bekväm, köket är utrustat och grillkol finns på plats om man vill grilla ute istället. Lillstugan på Vättersö har blivit en fin årlig tradition för min del och jag ser redan fram emot nästa år!

Perfect summer house to escape city life! Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, relaxing lifestyle. The hosts, Jack and Maria, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Their small dog adds even more charm. They were generous and helpful—solving issues like extra mattresses, showing us how to use the sauna, offering fresh vegetables from their garden, and even helping when we had trouble getting back to the cabin. The location is convenient: you can take a bus to Orminge Centrum (with Systembolaget, Willy’s, etc.), and the SL ferry is just 700m away, taking you to Slussen or Vaxholm. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Best for people who want to enjoy cabin life and take it slow.🥰 My mistake: I had my family stay here but planned daily trips to Stockholm, which made them tired. Also, with lots of luggage, Bolt rides were costly and hard to book. It’s not that close to the city—either take 3 buses (~1 hr) or walk 700m to the ferry (~1 hr total), with limited schedules.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage ist für Ruhesuchende ideal. Dennoch sind mit dem Auto oder Bus Stockholm und einige Naturreservate gut erreichbar. Wir haben aber die gut ausgestattete Küche und den Grill benutzt, sodass wir über Restaurants keine Aussage treffen können. Aus unserer Sicht können wir einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Nour avons adoré notre séjour chez Carin et Per. Le logement est réellement au milieu de la nature bien qu’il soit situé à côté de la maison des propriétaires, nous avons adoré les 2 terrasses qui permettent de profiter du soleil toute la journée ainsi que la vue de la chambre (vue sur la forêt). Le logement est extrêmement bien équipé et ne manque de rien. Carin met à disposition un classeur très détaillé avec tous les lieux à voir aux alentours. Les possibilités de baignade sont multiples et tous les endroits suggérés par Carin étaient magnifiques. Nous avons aussi pu profiter des 2 vélos préparés par Per pour pouvoir visiter les alentours. Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bell'appartamento in zona piacevole e tranquilla. Pulizia e tutto quello che serve in una casa. Le caratteristiche dell'arredamento e degli interni lo rendono tipico svedese e contribuiranno al ricordo di una bella vacanza.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! In my opinion, the location is simply perfect. It's ideal for exploring all areas of Stockholm on foot, with everything within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is just a few minutes from Slussen metro station, which is only two stops from T-Centralen, making it super convenient to reach both the airport and central train station. The apartment itself is cozy, warm (which is especially appreciated in cooler weather), and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, and even some lovely extras like my favorite Rituals products in the bathroom! The coffee machine with coffee was a great bonus as I really need my morning coffee, so it made my stay even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this place. Hotel rooms in the city can often feel small and impersonal, but here I truly felt at home.

Vi var en liten gjeng som reiste sammen. Kjempe fornøyd med oppholdet, om vi skal tilbake til Stockholm, så booker vi gjerne her igjen. Mvh Kristina, Jonas og Nora

Best stay ever!!! Es war unglaublich schön, sodass ich spontan noch eine Woche verlängert habe. Das Haus ist so niedlich, gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber! Bei Ankunft haben mir Robert und Diana die Umgebung gezeigt. Die beiden sind so herzlich und vor Ort und per Nachricht immer erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Sie geben super Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants etc. Der See ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür, sehr sauber und toll zum Schwimmen. Ich konnte mir das SUP jederzeit leihen. Auch das Meer ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Ich werde die Tage dort niemals vergessen und bin sehr wehmütig abgereist. Ich hatte selten eine so perfekte Unterkunft! DANKE!

I absolutely loved my stay. It was the perfect spot for my short stint in Stockholm. You are very close to many places and it’s stunningly appointed. Staff were fantastic and made me feel right at home!

Wir waren 13 Tage in Schweden und haben sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Menschen und die Umgebung sehr genossen.Wer einfach mal Ruhe von der Hektik dieser Welt braucht ist hier sehr gut bedient.

Jeg hadde et fantastisk opphold i Andreas sin leilighet. Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt, med kort vei til matbutikk, kollektivtransport, koselige kafeer og gode restauranter. Den var romslig, ren og godt utstyrt – alt man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. Andreas var en super vert, veldig hjelpsom og sørget for at alt gikk knirkefritt. Anbefales varmt!

We had a fantastic stay at Barbara’s place during our quick visit to Stockholm! The apartment was right in the heart of one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city — perfect for exploring. Barbara was incredibly flexible and welcoming, and the apartment itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a five-star experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!

Все пройшло чудово! Lina була дуже любʼязна, прийняла нас трошки раніше часу заїзду, за що ми вдячні. Поруч тихо спокійно, є парк в якому можна прогулятись і дуже красива природа. Недалеко є транспорт на якому можна доїхати куди завгодно. Все зручно і дуже затишно. Також є супермаркети зі всім необхідним. Плюс заклади де можна поїсти. Дуже вдячні за теплий прийом🥰!!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The flat was really clean and the beds very comfortable. Everything is within reach, even by foot and it just offers so much more space per Euro spent than many hotels we had looked at. Tobias and Ida are also very quick to react if you need help with something. Absolutely the good kind of AirBnB experience 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Will definitely recommend it to friends if they travel to Stockholm

Kiva ja rauhallinen asunto! Tilava ja siisti sisustus :) Junalla pääsi helposti keskustaan. Lähellä ruokakauppa, josta sai kaiken tarvittavan. Patrickin kanssa viestiminen oli erittäin sujuvaa!

Beautiful home with lots of space and natural light. Super close to metro and walkable to tons of restaurants, cafes, etc. we loved exploring Stockholm from this airbnb and would definitely stay again!
