Beautiful secluded house, quiet and good connection by public transport

What a fantastic place! We enjoyed it very much. Beautiful nature with a camping feeling. The cottage is rather small but very nice. And our daughters really enjoyed the separate guest house. The large garden with all its magical places is wonderful. Alex is a great host, always responded quickly and solved any problems. He even prepared the whirlpool for us. And his dog Audrey is adorable. We can highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back one day. Thank you Alex!

We had a great stay, Hans is a great host quick to respond and friendly . Fishing on the lake is very good and kayak and canoe and even a boat are at disposal . The cabin have everything needed . We greatly recommend it and will happily go back .

We had a fantastic stay at Vätö. As soon as we opened the door, we felt that "wow, we will enjoy it here" The kitchen is perfect for cooking together (we were 7), the cottages have great common areas with large dining tables, lovely sofa group and good board games. The cottage also has lots of activities such as a really good barbecue, outdoor fireplace, jacuzzi and a large lovely sauna where everyone fits. Comfortable beds, very clean and clear communication with Jenny made everything very easy and safe. We highly recommend a visit - we will be happy to come back.

Thank you Joanna for a lovely stay. We stayed here for 3 nights in October and it’s safe to say that the pictures do not do this place justice. The place is private and it is an excellent location with lots of activities (kayaking, paddle boarding). We enjoyed it a lot!

We spent a week in Erica's cottage and especially enjoyed the nature and tranquility. We even saw deer, a moose, hares and probably stags. Everything you need was available in the house and it had many small extras, for example, in the refrigerator. We also grilled and of course enjoyed the hot tub. For the arrival, Erica's description was very helpful - be sure to pay attention! We made a stop at the Eldtoma coffee shop and the navigation system led us to a completely wrong barrier....! Thank you Erica for everything!

Beautiful place, felt very spoilt to have our own sauna and hot tub inside our accommodation. We absolutely loved it, beautiful walks on your doorstep.

Very lovely place to stay when you want to explore Stockholm but prefer calm time too. Felt like I was at home. Very social cat there sat with me through night and helped me to study (distraction was perhaps bigger). Would recommend it to anyone (emotional support by the cat).

Nice house and excellent contact with Daniel! We were four adults, the little guy and two dogs. A little nervous with the two-year-old on the ledges around the porch, but we could figure that out from the pictures. Both he and we loved the pancake machine! We didn't have a great weather but at least got a sunny half day on the beach - with the first bath of the year.

We had such a great time at this lovely cottage. We felt at home, the area is so quiet and yet close to a nice cafe, the sea, the grocery store, adventure swimming many hiking trails and not far into Stockholm. Ann-Kristin and Ragnar helped with everything we needed and made the stay so cozy. Thank you for everything, we would love to come back.

Extremely pleasant stay, everything we needed for a perfect forest retreat was there. Mattias went out of his way to give us helpful advice. Location also lends itself well for daytrips to Stockholm (using the commuter's train, for instance). Well recommended and would be happy to visit again!

Lovely place with an impeccable water view. You get everything that you need in an Airbnb. From kitchen cutlery to everything in the living room. Only thing missing was a microwave oven. But apart from it every thing was so good. Would love to visit again :)

The perfect little cabin in charming Dalarö. Our family enjoyed four peaceful days here watching our daughters play in the yard, taking evening strolls around the cute town and sipping wine with beautiful waterfront views. Pia is very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

This place is such a great escape from the busy traffic and tempo in Stockholm. We came for a weekend (Friday afternoon-sunday afternoon) and could easily have stayed longer. The island is quite, and the surroundings around the house is so peaceful and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the sauna, wood chopping, barbecue, and just sitting quietly by the fireplace reading/watching movies. We got there by Uber + taxi boat from Stavsnäs vinterhamn, which was smooth and convenient. Already looking forward to come back to Skärvassa!!

Tastefully decorated cottage with lovely atmosphere. Lena was very helpful and also lit the stove when we arrived.

We had a very relaxing holiday in the best location by the water. The area is very quiet, in beautiful nature and you can easily drive to Stockholm from there. The house is cozy, the toilet (separate toilet and flush toilet) takes some getting used to, but we got along. I can recommend the cottage.

We had quiet and relaxing days. The cottage is slightly elevated, the neighboring houses are not far away, but you still feel private. The house was very clean. The surroundings are quiet. A plus is the private pool. It was great for the kids. The photos are not entirely up-to-date and no photos are visible in the online guest manual. The hosts were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Alex even put the pool into operation, even though we were there in May. We were able to relax well. In summer, when the nights are short, you have to know that the roller blinds only close pretty well. Sensitive people will wake up early. We can recommend the accommodation in nature at Djurö. And also the bakery in the village.

What and incredible an serene Place Surround by beautiful nature. We really enjoyed the beautifull and well equipped House and Garden, and definitley have to come back!

Karin's place was really lovely for a relaxing couple of day trip. The cabin was quite spacious and had everything you'd want. The beaches nearby were beautiful and saw some lovely sunsets. Karin was very responsive and helpful with instructions on how to get there and places to go. Thank you!

We spent a relaxing long weekend at the cabin with our 2 small dogs and cat. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and had plenty of cooking tools. I appreciated that heaters were already set up in the cabin and toilet so that they were cozy for our arrival! We enjoyed walking around the area, seeing the birds and enjoying the views over the open farmland. I can definitely recommend this place for a short getaway. Mattias and Yvette were responsive and friendly, including helping mail my keys to me when I forgot them. All in all, this rental was a great experience.

We had a wonderful first Sweden experience. The house has an amazing view over the sea and archipelago. Great nature walks are so nearby. As well as a day trips to Stockholm. Yet overall we have appreciated to feel like living in an exceptional beautiful quiet natural environment!

It was just wonderful in this typical atmosphere of the archipelago near Stockholm and the archipelago on the veranda at the mercy of nature and in September sun to listen to the gentle wind as the loudest sound 🌄 - The apartment is really equipped with everything you need and the two outdoor huts can be compared with hotel standard. The nearest ICA supermarket is a few minutes away by car and can also be reached by bus without stress. The friendly clear communication from Johan until departure was very pleasant!

Great location and surroundings! Kids loved backyard with berries ) The best thing is to take a sauna after the hiking. Not too far from bus station from the city.
