It was such a lovely house in lovey peaceful surroundings and a lovely garden. We wished we had spent a few more nights rather than just the 3 because we never had chance to explore the local area properly. Herald was really helpful and friendly with plenty of local suggestions and we would definitely consider coming back to stay.

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

We had a super stay in the house, large and spacious with fantastic pool. Malin responded quickly to all questions and check-in was very smooth. Recommended!

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

Very Nice accommodation in beautiful nature!! Service-minded hosts with quick replies!! We are so happy. Be there with a friend who lives abroad otherwise. Nice swimming opportunities even when it's cold outside!! ✨✨✨✨✨

Johan and Laila's beautiful house meets all the requirements. Super spacious and nicely located on the waterfront with running trail. We had a wonderful time thanks to the very good care of the hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice week at Susanne's. The weather didn't quite cooperate, but we always felt comfortable. Susanna was always available and gave us good tips for hiking. But we preferred to be at the lake.

Had a great stay at Mathias's house. It is a beautiful space in great surroundings. Mathias was a helpful and responsive host. Highly recommend

We had a really nice time here with Maria. The accommodation is beautiful and close to the lake, which was nice to swim in. It was a little difficult sometimes with the buses on the weekend, but if you plan enough, it will be fine. Thank you so much for everything. 🤗

Heaven on earth

We had a great stay. Everything was as we expected and Mary-Rose was very responsive in her communication. We truly enjoyed relaxing in the living room just looking out at the islands and the (slowly) setting mid(ish) summer sun. We would absolutely go back.

This place was absolutely amazing! The house design is stunning—modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything offered, from the amenities to the little extras, made my stay so enjoyable. The view was breathtaking, and I loved waking up to it every morning. The hosts were exceptionally kind, helpful, and supportive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone visiting the area! My family and friends also had a fantastic time and were especially impressed by the charming Swedish style of the house. It added a unique and cozy touch that we all appreciated. I appreciate all your help and would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to experience how Swedish people live:)

You will need to go there to believe how truly beautiful this place is. We are a family of five and spent a wonderful week on Viggsö Island. We have never had a better host than Harry, extremely friendly, helpful, and always available! We would love to come back one time.

Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. The stunning views made our stay unforgettable, and waking up every morning to such a peaceful setting felt incredibly special. Jenny was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We appreciated all the personal touches and warmth throughout the house—it truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Absolutely amazing place with welcoming and relaxed hosts! We were here for a writing retreat, for which the place was wonderful, but I could definitely see myself spending a week or two during the holidays. Go there, stay there!

An incredible and very special location - we spent a few days here with our 4 year old daughter and we all had such a fun, relaxing time.

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. Each room was furnished with so much taste and a sense of something special that it resulted in a harmonious and inviting overall picture – almost like a home away from home. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. This combination of fantastic scenery and exceptional accommodation has made our Sweden vacation just as we had dreamed of it. We would have liked to have stayed longer! We stayed at this beautiful red house for a quiet midsummer celebration. The house is gorgeous and the hosts are always quick to respond. We had some problems with the code to get us into the house at first, but Adde helped us quickly and it all solved itself. The area is very beautiful and quiet, but as it was Midsummer, the neighbours had a loud party during one of the evenings - not part of our plans, but it is what it is. The day before and after were perfectly quiet, in our taste! Would definitely recommend!

We had wonderful holidays in this cozy cottage with its huge garden and an extremely popular, fabulous trampoline and private rowing boat :-) This is just a few meters from the garden in a picturesque mini-bay with a boathouse. From here, we could drive around a bit on the water, among other things, to a very nearby small bathing place. The cottage has everything you need. The kitchen cabinets are still from the past, which gives them a special charm. At the same time, there are all modern appliances, such as coffee machine, dishwasher, hand blender and mixer. The bathroom is small but clean with a hairdryer. Everything has been thought of. You can feel that this is the family holiday home! It has a heart-warming energy. The area is so quiet and close to nature that we even saw deer with their fawns in the garden several times. A car is an advantage. Thank you very much, Johan and Elisabet, for your courteous manner, we felt very comfortable here!

Pelle and Simone’s house is everything they show. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re in for a stunning view of the archipelago and a peaceful retreat just 30 minutes away from Stockholm.

I really liked staying here! The location is amazing if you want to be in nature and take a bit of rest from the city. Also if you like to visit Stockholm it is really easy to, when the bus stop is right by. The hosts are really friendly and caring! When we arrived we found a little welcome gift - a sweet treat for us. That made us feel really welcome here! :)) I recommend staying here if you would like to see a little bit of Sweden’s nature, sleep surrounded by trees and wake up to peaceful nature!🌲
