We had a great time staying here in Clearwater. SO close to the beach. Their place was clean and was ready for a family to stay. We look forward to coming back.

Great value!! We loved the pool area and very quiet neighborhood!

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house and pool area. The back is private with plenty of space. Jeff was always responsive and everything was as described. The girls being able to get eggs every morning was an added touch of experience for them. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for the ten day stay. Tarpon Springs is an annual tradition and we weren't disappointed.

Just like the photos! Beautiful and comfortable for our stay… Love the location, close to everywhere we wanted to go! Comfortable bed, the couch could use some updating. The pool is very warm, but a nice spot to hang out. Didn’t get to see any dolphins 😞 Overall, enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back!

my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!

We absolutely loved this space! We do an annual girls trip to Florida and we were so incredibly happy with the house, layout, amenities, cleanliness and location. Instructions were clear and posting is exactly as described. Can walk to everything in Clearwater from here. We cannot wait to go back!!

This is our second time staying at this house, but our first time in the second floor unit and it was even better than our first stay. Extremely close to the beach and John’s Pass. The actual condo was super clean, comfortable, and accessible. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again soon.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Short walk to the beach, food and coffee.

This was our third year in a row staying here. There is a reason we keep coming back. The location of the house is perfect for accessing the beach and all the amenities that location offers. The house and neighborhood is also quiet and private enough to feel like you are on your own resort when lounging by the pool. You can walk across the street to Walmart to get everything you need during your stay. This house truly is our home away from home.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! We had everything we could have needed and our host made everything so easy.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here! The view, location, and amount of space is fantastic for our family of 6. Also appreciate the fast responses to any questions. As a bonus, the Candy Kitchen across the street was a favorite visit spot for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!

We could not be more pleased with this condo. It was perfect for my wife and two kids. Unbeatable location on the beach made it easy to run back to the room quickly and easily. The view from the balcony was unmatched and is a great place to watch the sunset. The condo is walking distance from everything you need. Multiple restaurants of every kind, beach stores, a CVS and more. The hosts were great in every way. We cannot wait to come back!

Dania’s condo on Indian Shores is just beautiful! My family and I had so much fun here and would love to come back when the pool and outdoor renovations are complete - the damage caused by Hurricane Helene is just so sad. The beach is amazing! Crystal clear water. Not crowded. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend other families stay here! We left behind at the condo beach toys and more beach towels for others to enjoy and we hope to return next year!

The condo was in a great location. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shop and the beach. The waterpark was an added bonus for kids and mine enjoyed it a lot. Renee was a fantastic host. Everything was spelled out completely and she was immediately available if I did contact her. The balconies were great, esp the one overlooking the inter-coastal. We saw dolphins and a manatee while sitting there in the mornings. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we return.

We absolutely loved this place!! It was perfect for our family of five. The condo was spacious and the location was perfect! The beaches weren't crowded and you could walk to restaurants and stores. My boys loved that it had a fishing dock too!

This place turned out better than we had anticipated. The host answered all our questions and communicated quickly whenever we needed anything. It was even nicer than the description in our opinion. There were plenty of beach items included in the closet, like umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. There was also a beautiful view of the sunrise on the balcony and a beautiful view of the sunset by the front door. The beach is literally steps away, and you can walk the beach for miles. It was not super crowded, which is our thing. The attached waterpark was perfect to mix up our days between the beach and there. There are not many places we would stay again, but this is one of them!
