Great stay! Very clean,comfortable,cozy and the AC came in clutch at the right times! In walking distance to beach, breakfast,lunch, and dinner! We had the best time and highly recommend! We hope to visit IRB again! ❤️

Jaclyn was so helpful and flexible with check in and check out. The hosts thought of everything for a good beach day so it was helpful to have what you needed. The rooms were great and the location was perfect! We really appreciated the whole stay.

No complaints about the house. Pool was a little small but clean and pretty. Ocean is just a walk away and was exactly what we wanted. Not too crowded and absolutely beautiful. The lawn chairs and beach gear were the best. House was clean and relaxing, had everything we needed.

The house is very clean and has everything we need. We have stayed in Kate's house two times already. I am sure we will come back again.

We were only there for the weekend, but would definitely love to be able to go back for a longer stay! Great place and Janelle made it extremely easy for us! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and plenty of space!

We were chased out a day early because of hurricane Helene. The property manager had sent us updated and was concerned about our safety and ability to get to a safer area. Of the seven days at the condo everything was fantastic. The weather was great for five days. We plan on returning soon.

We were there to meet/visit with family that own in Redington so this place was everything that we needed for our stay. The environment was very neighborly. close walk to ocean access and lots of amenities/restaurants etc. also the price is very reasonable for the location in my opinion. We have no complaints.

We spent four enjoyable days at the Airbnb. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive to all our questions, and the place was well-equipped for a beach getaway, providing chairs, an umbrella, bikes, and more. The Airbnb was clean and had all the essentials we needed. A couple of points to mention: 1. The garage door can be tricky and a little annoying, and there were no instructions provided. We kept lifting the knob and pressing the “hold to open” button, but it actually just requires pressing the button without lifting. Additionally, someone needs to go all the way up to open the garage from the inside (was more annoying in the rain) before coming back down to enter. 2. Regarding the beds: they were all different, and since we are particular about our sleeping arrangements, we would rate them a 7/10.

This rental was the perfect location for our family (2 adults/ 2 children). It is directly across the street from a beach access, and a beach trolley stop, so you can explore everything along Gulf Blvd. without ever having to worry about parking. The unit was clean and had all the basics covered, including beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a pool at the complex as well. The host was welcoming, and very responsive. He sent a handyman over right away when we had a very minor maintenance issue with the garbage disposal. We would definitely book again.

Just got home from a week’s stay and this place was perfect. The rooftop was amazing and everything so clean. This was our first family vacation with our grand baby and we made lots of memories. Everything we needed was supplied and then some. My son loved the bikes and we were walking distance from everything (wagons and towels, umbrellas and beach chairs were provided also which was great. We are already talking about coming back! Any questions I had were answered right away. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Florida! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and into town. It was a great location. Rory was a fantastic host and was very responsive when I reached out with questions. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

My second booking @ Angelique’s place was over a year after the first, only because it wasn’t available for my other work trip dates. She’s invested in improvements and her place was already one of my favorites. Love the location for morning/evening walks and how close it is to downtown Safety Harbor/Main Street - lots of great restaurants and fun shops. She’s a very responsive and caring host. I’ll be checking availability of her property for future business trips! Thank you

John's place served our purposes perfectly, closing on our new house was delayed by one week so we rented John's Town home. The neighborhood was actually nice and quiet, The fenced yard was unbeatable for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location! Walkable to shops and restaurants. Beach is only steps away. The a/c was not working when we arrived but Ricardo had it fixed within hours of our check in. We would stay again for a weekend away.

Pictures do not do this home justice!! Great location, great accommodations and Gerise was an amazing host, especially when I had user technical difficulty with the dishwasher!!! Absolutely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Staying at Heather’s place was as close to a “plug and play” beach vacation as you could hope for. My family and I went down for a few days for a wedding and in our down time wanted to enjoy the beach. Having beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys there for guests to use as well as a cart to haul it all during the short walk to the beach was so convenient and helpful. It allowed us to pack light for the short trip. The hosts are incredibly responsive, check in was a breeze, and the place was very clean. There were clear instructions for what to do when departing as well as local recommendations. The kitchen was very well stocked, even an air fryer! Both the pool and the beach are a very short walk away and the surrounding area was gorgeous. We wound absolutely stay here again.

Our family had a great experience staying here! The pool was fantastic and the fishing pier was really cool—we saw manatees, stingrays, and several fish swimming and jumping right off the dock. The condo was spacious for my husband, our two kids, and in-laws. Very clean, comfortable, and well kept! We loved how close of a walk it was to the beach and how laid back the beach area was. It was also a quick drive up to Clearwater Beach and down to St. Pete! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience Jennifer!

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

My husband, two friends and I stayed for five days at Tyann’s beautiful townhouse. She was a fantastic communicator and provided very clear instructions on accessing the property. The first thing we noticed was how nicely decorated and spotless everything was. We felt like guests in a friend’s home - it was spacious but cozy and had all the comforts you could ask for. Tyann thought of things you didn’t even know you needed! The location is perfect - right across the street from beach access, and walkable to places for dinner, drinks and a little market. The beach is lovely - very clean and nice for walking, and there are plenty of beach chairs and towels for your use. I would absolutely recommend Tyann’s home and hope we have an opportunity to visit again soon.
