Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Indian River County

The house was clean and great for our stay. The kitchen and living spaces were beautiful. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. The pool was clean and well kept. It was very nice. I wish I would have read all of the reviews earlier bc this happened to another person. When I initially booked it didn’t record that we had 8 people staying. I searched for that number but not sure why it didn’t automatically put that number in the actual booking. So when I confirmed the number of people with the host, he updated it & I was sent an additional invoice of around $50. If I knew that was the total final amount I may have went with different booking as there were several in the area in that price range. So be careful to double check you have the correct number already inserted when you book. The only other small issue was there are no full length mirrors. This was only a problem because we attended a formal event & had to wear gowns. Outside of that it was a fantastic stay.

Excellent stay in a very peaceful neighborhood. I was especially grateful for the very low bunk bed. My 3 year old actually slept through the night and I didn’t have to worry about her getting hurt. Joey and Annie are incredibly responsible and even left a kind note for us. The toiletries in the bathroom were extra appreciated and smelled amazing. The fenced in yard was perfect for my dog. My fave was the porch. Such a great morning coffee spot. Speaking off coffee they had a keurig and regular pot available, perfect for 3 heavy coffee drinkers. When we need to go back to the area i will absolutely be checking to see if the house is available again.

We loved the place and plan to return in the future. Construction was going on at the time we stayed, which we actually enjoyed because the road outside the house was not busy. Sonia provided detour instructions which was nice prior to arrival. Check-in was easy, which was nice after a long day at the parks. Our favorite part of the stay was the pool. It was perfect for our kids to swim in and we could relax poolside or have a quick lunch under the covered patio!

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

Our stay at Bruna's beautiful home was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had in my 36 Airbnb stays. I am local to Vero Beach, and hosted a work intensive for my colleagues. The home is lovely, with lively decor and high quality amenities. The kitchen was exceptionally appointed, and all the basics were there; olive oil, condiments, coffee, etc. The beds are all comfortable! The cooking equipment is quality, and everything needed to prepare meals. The sparkling clean pool, with it's changeable lighting at night created an amazing mood and the water temp was perfect. The Casita is a second sanctuary that affords privacy and flexibility with it's own kitchenette. This home is ideal with three bedrooms and bathrooms! The location is fantastic, so quiet, and a short walk to the lively downtown on the island. The thorough guest manual, with literally everything in it, plus Bruna's local recommendations will take all the guess work out for those new to Vero Beach. Will stay again!

Spotless and comfortable unit less than 10 minutes to the beach and in center of Vero Beach. Enclosed back yard is larger than pictures convey. We would definitely stay again.

what an incredible 3 night's we had. I cannot recommend drew's place enough. The house is incredible, beautifully laid out, squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The location is very quiet and pretty. The pool is divine. Drew is very responsive to our every need. If I was returning to vero I would head straight back without any thought of going elsewhere. Thankyou Drew for a wonderful stay with wonderful memories.

Super great place to stay - very clean & homely. The house had plenty of beach/poolside supplies, super short walk to the beach & very private.

David is a great host. Easy to reach if you have any questions and his place is perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed how cozy it was and it had all the amenities we needed. Most of all, we loved how well the AC worked and how close the home was to the beach.

Fantastic hosts, always a pleasure staying here. Very comfortable bed, great amenities and the guesthouse is always so cleanly. Hope to continue coming back in the future!

Love the place! just what i needed for a family mini vacay! Loved the location so close to the beach and had everything in a 5 minutes drive.

Very pleased with our stay. Missed seeing our hosts Michael and Laura to thank them in person. Loved our stay and the pool was quite refreshing! We took all our trash out, Skimmed the pool and removed anything that would spoil in fridge. Even had a washer and dryer to go home with clean clothing. Everything we needed to cook with from spices to salad dressings in fridge and in cabinets. Dish soap, paper towels and plenty of towels and linens! Our own beds and bathrooms were a huge plus and surprise blessing! Best coffee in Florida and Michael even supplied us with that along with a French press and grinder to brew freshly ground roasted coffee! Highly recommend and will return in the near future. God put this entire trip together in partnering me to Rio Coco Cafe many years ago and then found their AirBnb while planning a sudden trip about 1 week ago! Went home with beautiful testimonies of Gods goodness! Thanks for providing us with all we needed for such a pleasant stay! Elizabeth

My stay at Erika’s was wonderful! I was traveling alone . I met Erika and her husband the first day I was there. They are such a kind couple and have made their home into a beautiful place to stay when in Vero Beach . The place is part of their home , like a mother n law suite. Was the cleanest place I have ever stayed . Was so peaceful! If I needed anything or had questions Erika responded immediately. Even enjoyed fresh eggs from her chickens. Hope to stay with her again in the near future! Thank you Erika for making me feel so welcome .

We were in town for 2 weeks to attend grandkids end of year band programs and this was the perfect accommodation for us. It was close to our daughter’s house and gave us everything we needed. Having the full size refrigerator and stove were nice since we ate breakfast and lunch there most days while the kids were in school and parents at work. Carol and her husband were both very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a clean and simple place to stay.

This place was so cute and relaxing!! Great vibe and energy! Nicole was supportive the whole trip and dropped off new batteries immediately when we asked! The beds are super comfortable and the whole surrounding area was peaceful! 10\10 recommend! We will definitely be back at some point!!!!

This is our second time staying here. Great location right across the street from an extremely private beach and a few restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice to walk around. Major beach shopping and restaurants/bars are only ~2 miles north. Nothing in Vero is more than a ~10min drive away from the property. The place is comfortable with ample room for multiple family members. Bonus for off street parking. Some of the furniture could use a clean/update. Stains on some chairs. Bring soap for the shower, there was shampoo and conditioner but no type of body wash. We had to purchase a roll of paper towels, which I didn't see mentioned in the listing. As others have noted you can definitely hear the steps from the unit upstairs. A bit of a distraction but they quieted down over the night. Overall a good stay and we'll be back!

Too busy with local plans to take advantage of this place. Plan for some down time if staying here as the pool beach and balcony definitely beckon.

Beautiful place and top notch hosts! I’ve been using Air B&B over 10 years and this was our best experience ever. First class and expert attention to every little detail. We felt like very special guests in their home.

This is a great Harborview, Harborside location, and the apartment is comfortable. He needs a better coffee maker with auto shut off. Otherwise the inexpensive machine heate /runs all day and tends to leak ground making a mess. This is a minor annoyance, and then otherwise excellent rental, and can easily be fixed.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The unit was clean and organized and had everything we needed for our stay. The view is lovely and it is close to all the best stores/restaurants/beaches on the island. We would love to return for another week of that gorgeous ocean/pool combo view.

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.
