Apartment holiday rentals in Indian River County

We absolutely loved this place. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen area was so nice, and the whole apartment was spotless. The place is basically brand new, and located in the heart of Sebastian on the river. Brian is super quick to respond and was able to help us start our trip one day early! I'll definitely be staying again for the holidays and whenever we visit family local to the area!

Had an excellent five-night stay in this private studio apartment. Everything I needed was there, even a two-burner stove where I could cook my own meals. Comfortable bed, in-room TV, personal bathroom, fridge and freezer, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of room for my personal items. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and an easy drive for groceries and other local services. Anthony was fun to talk with--genuinely a nice person. 5-star place at a great price. Highly recommended.

This stay was one I definitely didn’t want to leave, the details of the house made us feel right at home. Between the ocean views to the comfort of the beds, and the vibe of the house everything was perfect. The location was great lots to do right in town and the host provided the little details we didn’t pack. Just a short ride to the beach and even shorter walk for an ocean view and cocktail. Host was very responsive to all of our needs, can’t wait to stay again!

The well-located condo is small but fully equipped. Full kitchen included even a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Very large TV is hung from the ceiling and easily watchable from the king size bed. Condo originally had two bar stools without back support. I asked Brian to switch them to stools with back support and he delivered such stools the next day. Can not more highly recommend this unit.

just what I needed. a quiet place to relax, snack and sleep after being out all day. the kitchen and bathroom had all the supplies you could need. The bath towels are excellent.

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Vero! This place is absolutely beautiful and the host are very responsive and great as well. We spent many of hours enjoying the view from the balcony. 10/10. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was smooth, the amenities were great, and all the little details (like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen) made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We wanted a beach getaway that was not crowded on a holiday weekend and we found it! Rick and Tammy were very accommodating, welcoming and prompt to any questions. Short walk to private beach that is dog friendly was an extra plus! We had all the comforts of home, very comfortable bed/couch and all kitchen essentials. Hope to come back to this gem! Thank you for everything!

Noel was a great host and easy to work with. I went down to visit with my Father and needed a place to stay. This certainly met the mark. It is walking distance to downtown Vero; yet very quiet. I hope to stay there, again, next winter. John M

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend. Stayed for 6 weeks with my cat. Nice place had everything I needed and convenient location. Price was right and will likely stay here again when returning.

We had a wonderful time at this home in Sea Oaks. Awesome location close to the path to the beach. Very clean screened in porch, which was lovely in the am for coffee. We all slept really well everyday night and were super comfortable. Would recommend to others

Brandy was a wonderful host! The condo was immaculate, very well decorated, stocked with everything we could need from books, puzzles, pool, and beach toys, to dining service, kitchenware, extra pillows and linens. There is ample space for living and dining and you're steps away from the path to the clubhouse and beach area. Brandy was responsive and made herself available for any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again when in beautiful Sea Oaks!
