Holiday rentals with a patio in Indian Hills

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. The home is beautifully restored and decorated and thoughtfully appointed without a lot of clutter. We loved the layout, the furnishings were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a couple of light meals in the kitchen. Everything was in great condition. The location is fantastic - we walked to several meals in the local area, and drove or took a Lyft to other downtown spots we wanted to visit. Everything was a short distance away and easy to get to.

It is the best place to stay and I hope I always get to stay there when I go to Shepherdsville but it’s not always available. It is top-notch I would say.Thanks Kerry.

Loved Takisha’s place. Everything was just as described and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. It also was very quiet for having several other units in the building. We stayed the night there for a concert and didn’t hear a bit of noise once we closed the patio door and were ready to wind down for the night. The patio had pretty comfy little rocking chairs as well! The building itself had a very cool concept and easy to understand. It was also very secure and private, needing to use your fob at every door. I felt the host was extremely responsive to answering all my questions and was so great with communication. She responded to me within minutes when I had a question about how to access the rooftop. I would definitely recommend!

Justin's place on 4th St was awesome - perfect for my son and I on an overnight stay after traveling to Louisville for a concert. Justin was super communicative and friendly. His place is super clean and comfy (makes me want a new mattress at home!). Will definitely contact him next time we're in town and need a place to stay!

Was very happy with my stay with my son. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and had plenty to do in the surrounding area thanks to the advice from our hoist. The check in and check out was easy and with the way the courtyard is set up you have a great sense of security. Easy in and out from the provided parking spot making it nice coming in early or late from your outings. Enjoyed the time at the pool and golf simulator which was nice on the rainy days. The apartment was very clean and as described in the listing. Would be a great place as a couples get away with bars and good restaurants within walking distance. Our hoist was very responsive during our stay, didn’t matter what time or what the question was we received an answer that pointed us in the right direction during our stay. Thank you for all the great advice on the local hangouts and attractions that also made this trip memorable.

This may be my favorite Airbnb rental ever. This charming, immaculately clean place exceeded my expectations - so many great touches, great beds and well stocked kitchen and bathroom, a relaxing backyard, and a fantastic neighborhood. Courtney was very nice to work with - very responsive and proactive at making this a five star experience. Check in/check out could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Despite the rainy Derby weekend, our stay at James's Louisville home was absolutely PERFECT! The central location made it easy to get to all the Derby festivities while giving us a warm, dry haven to return to after the races. The eclectic artwork throughout the house created such a unique atmosphere - each room offered something new to discover and appreciate. James was an exceptional host - responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This gem in Louisville turned our rainy Derby weekend into a memorable experience. The Mashbill is a gem of a property and it was such a fabulous stay! It was exactly as described and the photos do NOT do this place justice. Matthew was a wonderful host and thought of all the touches that made my stay top notch. The decor is modern, stylish and spotless. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were so cool! Highly recommend - this place is hands down a 10 out of 10!

Absolutely perfect Airbnb! Walkable to so much and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Alberto was highly responsive and made sure our stay was excellent. Firewood was provided for the fire pit which was a great touch! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Louisville.

Very nice home, great for kids, friendly, flat yard front & back, nice & new kitchen with everything you need to cook. Close to supermarkets, Target, restaurants & shopping.

Comforable, convenient, great part of town, quiet neighborhood.

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and it is consistently great! Just what you need for a trip to Louisville. Bed is comfy. Plenty of space. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Sophia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We love the NULU area. Check out Nouvelle next door when you are sick of bourbon. 🍷

What a wonderful place. So much to do within walking distance. Diane responded within 10 minutes for any questions I had. I would definitely return to this condo.

The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. This condo is beautiful with a great view! We were there for the Abbey Road on the River festival and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. I would highly recommend this place.
