Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Inari

If you're thinking about visiting Ivalo, this house is the best option. The location is excellent, just a very short distance from downtown for shopping. It's very quiet, the heating works great, it has a sauna that works very well, and the house has all the amenities you see in the photos. I traveled with my partner and we were both delighted. Niklas as a host was fantastic—he always responded to all our messages, was constantly attentive to our needs, and provided us with plenty of information about the city and its surroundings; he even took us on a night excursion to see the auroras! Totally recommended.

The stay at the place was great. The pool is perfect for enjoying the northern lights for a few hours in the cold weather. The house is very modernly furnished and plenty of utensils are available for cooking. In town, we were able to rent a snowmobile without any problems. Joseph helped order the snowmobile, so the shopkeeper knew right away. By the way, a car driver's license is sufficient for renting and there are some routes in the area only for snowmobiles in the mountains. For shopping, we always drove to the K-Market across the Finnish border. This is only 10 minutes away. There is also a reindeer farm at the border where you could buy the meat directly from the producer. I highly recommend the stay!

Great cottage, very clean and all the basics ready. In winter, someone might miss a drying cabinet, but since we didn't need it, we don't complain about anything. There was plenty of room for two adults and three schoolchildren. I highly recommend this cottage to everyone!

Great & dear host, very quick response time. The house is super big. Great starting point for aurora lights, we also saw some directly above the house. But it is best to take a car or note that not so many buses run.

The place was really clean, cozy, and a different experience. Hanna was really nice and friendly. To top it off, we had so much fun feeding reindeers and get to know the Finnish life. Hanna provided us with fresh eggs from her hens too! Love the place and atmosphere. Great for someone looking for a cabin life experience. We would give 6 stars if we could!

We had a wonderful stay at Juhas house. The house is very cosy and comfortable, very well equipped with all necessary supplies in the kitchen and clean. We were a family of six.

Excellent location short walking distance from Levi center, yet very peaceful and spacious (at least for 4 people). Listening to the noise of the after ski in the center, we were happy to live further away. Owner very responsive and sign in with key box very easy. Good instructions in advance both in Finnish and in English. One bedroom down stairs (double bed), two bedrooms upstairs (2 x twin). Both floors have their own toilets. Bathroom/sauna separate. Also little "play room" upstairs which could also with a desk be an office for remote work. Could fit in a baby bed, not more. Drying cabinet for ski stuff, kitchen very well equipped. Living room area spacious with high sealing & big tv. We didn't use the fire place. The only minus is limited space for storing clothing, no space for wardrobes in the bed rooms. Blinders but no way to fully block light from the bed rooms. We appriciated the dish washer and the washing machine.

Teemu responded quickly to messages and was ready to support if you had any questions. The stay was top notch, all new and smooth.

Tiina’s place was great, exactly matched the description. We felt right at home from the first minute. We found everything we ever needed, would recommend to anyone who wants to spend peaceful holiday in Lapland.

We had a very nice time in the house of Antti. The location was perfect for us. It was very calm and peaceful. The location was also perfect to watch Northern lights. We had an incredible show in the sky just from above the house. Even though we always clean the houses we stay, I would prefer to pay an extra fee for the cleaning. That will reduce the little stress at the departure.

Juhani is very friendly and kind. He answered all our questions about access and even bought additional equipment. Unfortunately the extreme climatic conditions (-30°) and a totally snowy access in the middle of the night forced us to walk in the powder, the cold also forced us to shorten our stay but this cottage is a haven of peace , perfectly located by the lake with electricity, the latter has all the necessary comforts. Thank you to Juhani for agreeing to shorten our stay and for all his kindness. In winter I recommend this accommodation to athletes to access it and people accustomed to living conditions in the heart of nature.

Thank you Marianne for your hospitality. Cozy cottage, perfect for 4 people. The equipment of the cottage was very convenient, it had everything you needed for a week-long stay. Comfortable beds, a place to hang out in the afternoon, the internet works impeccable. Good location of the cottage, off the beaten path, quiet and just 20 min. walk to the shop, restaurants, bars and other attractions of the town. We didn't have a car, but that didn't bother us. We went to the cross-country trails in a few minutes. Marianne advised us the best way to get from the airport, and told us how the weather was coming. When we had any questions before or during our stay, she always responded within a few minutes. Marianne's place was a very good place to stay for a week. Highly recommend! Thanks, and best regards.

Firstly, a big thank you to Riku’s. Even before we arrived he was very kind & helpful. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly. As soon as you drive into the area it’s like winter wonderland. The house is even nicer than the photos! Oh the view from the warmth of the cosy house was such a treat. So super private too. We hired a car & picked it up from the airport so it was very easy to get around. The beds were very comfortable & so were the pillows! My husband & son enjoyed the hot coals in the sauna at the house . Near bye there is a natural ice bath (March) nearby. We did so many activities. Husky ride was wonderful. A beginners country ski lesson & we all loved the snow habitants too. We also visited the reindeer. We didn’t see the Northern Lights but to be honest the whole trip was so amazing that it didn’t matter.

There were two of us in Lokka for 12 nights. Listing is exactly as Markku described it. Super nice, quiet location and a direct view of the lake. You can walk nearby. For the day trips, however, you have to drive relatively far, but the shopping facilities are easily accessible by car and are easily connected to the excursions. Markku was always friendly, easy to reach and had many good tips for the area. Check in and check out are very quick and easy. The cabin is super well equipped, especially as far as the kitchen is concerned, everything you need for cooking or baking is available. The sauna and oven are of course a highlight. In a folder, everything is very well explained. On site Mikko takes care of it if needed, he was also very friendly and quickly on site when we had problems with the door lock. Overall, we felt very comfortable and were happy to come back!

The place was exactly as described, in the middle of nature, and in privacy. We enjoyed ourselves very much and will definitely be back. A big plus for Tarja for quick responses and any help we needed.

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful cosy cabin. Very special to have our morning coffee in one their beautiful cups overlooking the snowy white forest from the kitchen table . One morning we even saw a white snow rabbit running past. We enjoyed the restaurant recommendations and walking there from the cabin. The kids loved the sleighs to play around the cabin in the snow. Looking forward to seeing it in summer!

Tranquil stay with luxury amenities for a cottage (underfloor heating, hot tub, sauna etc.), glazing for spotting the aurora borealis in the evenings from inside and quick access to Levi etc. I was straight out on the xc-skiing slopes whether on my own or pulling along a kid in rented sledge. Our kids learnt to alpine ski and loved everything the outside had to offer, along with their bedroom, and extra toys in the cottage. We had everything we needed for a perfect family stay, no one wanted to leave!

The cottage is located in lovely area with beautiful views. It is very large and well equipped. Renate has been communicating promptly and supported us with anything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here!
