Townhome holiday rentals in Imus City

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

Ms Jennifer was very responsive. My relatives had to do early check in and she was flexible with it. Thank you 🙂.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

The place is perfect for big family stays! It offers great amenities and a beautiful, peaceful environment. The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. Roderick's house is perfect for a family's stay, its spacious, has an amazing TV in the living room so you can enjoy movies with your kids. Roderick is also a great host with quick and clear communication.

The room was very neat, homey, and worth the price! I rented the room for a month, and the host was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. You’ve got everything you could need, from TV with Netflix to the co-working space (which is very handy if you’re to rent the place for work/school). The place is also a 3 to 5-minute walk from the main road if you travel via commuting. Overall, I had a great stay and experience at the place!

Great Airbnb place for the whole family! Lots of space and room to accommodate everyone! Would recommend this place for those looking in the Pasay Area. I just wished the parking was alot closer to the check-in, but overall a very great place to stay!

I highly recommend Lee Berna's. I had the restful stay that I needed prior to my training in Vermosa. The room is very clean and tidy. Ma'am Bernadeth is very responsive and warm. Thank you, Ma'am Bernadeth, for helping me in my transportation, and even offering to prepare me food before and after my training. 'Til my next booking!

Unit as described. Location is close to everything and easy to locate. Owner was responsive to messages. The only cons is: the code given did not work to open the main door. My brother went to the backdoor and found out the lock to the glass door was broken. Called the owner and he told us, previous guest broke it. Was unable to repair right away due to a holiday. We were hesitant to leave our belongings as it was already evening. The gate does not have a lock itself. We ended up leaving my nephew behind while we went out for dinner. The owner had the backdoor fixed the following day. All in all, great stay. Its a home away from home. AC on all rooms. My kids were happy. We are even scheduled for another week of stay in a few days.

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Very spacious bedroom, clean and complete kitchen. The best part is the automatic laundry machine so you’ll never worry about dirty clothes. You’ll definitely feel at home! Thank you sir Normand. Super clean accommodation that's nearby restaurants. Very quiet location and accessible from Enchanted Kingdom. Ms. Aileen was very responsive and flexible. She provided clear instructions. The whole check-in and checkout experience were easy and self-service.

Was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t many reviews, but the host was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The place ended up being way better than we expected! Super clean, easy check-in, and close to stores which was really convenient. Wi-Fi did drop out sometimes, but if you're just chilling with friends or family, it’s not a big deal. Overall, loved the stay!

Nini's place had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The place itself was homey and was in a quiet community. We had no isssues during our 4D3N stay. Only catch may be the roadside parking (if you are bringing a car) as you will have to adjust to the neighborhood needs. Nini was also very responsive to our inquiries and gracious to our requests. Very good communication.

The place is nice and clean. Market accessible as what the host said in the description. She's really perfect for working at home
