Holiday rentals with a patio in Imus City

The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quiet escape. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay hassle-free. The ambiance was peaceful and ideal for relaxing. Location was convenient yet still felt private. Would definitely book again for another quick getaway.

I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

Listing's photos are either 1:1 or an upgraded interior 💯 The moment you get into the unit, you'd wish it was your own place with how homey it felt & looked ✨️ Kenneth & Eddie's unit is so well-maintained and had complete furniture that we're surprised it's their only listing so far, it seemed like the place was handled by professionals! (I'd say they even beat highend hotels 🤭) The tower's location is so convenient: 2 malls right beside it for restos, Landers at the ground floor, the sidewalks are wide and it's perfect for jogging/getting your daily walks. If you need to travel to Makati, Manda, Pateros, and Pasig, it's quite easy to travel between these cities. High street, SM Aura, and Marketmarket aren't too far off of a walk either. Likewise, staff were friendly & strict when it mattered. If youre looking for a place to crash, wfh, or simply just relax (perhaps youre the type to not want to be disturbed too much either?) You won't have regrets booking this place for sure 🥰

When we first got in the unit, a really beautiful lavender scent welcomed us and also the place was very clean and cozy, super relaxing! Most importantly our kids loved it! Specially the sofa bed and the smart TV! Also it is really close to SM SUCAT and also really close to our relatives, which was very convinient to us and also the place is very safe! Sadly the pool is not free and the gym, but it was explained to me very well, and it is understandable. The unit is best for a family. Thank you again, sir Christian, for accomodating us and making us feel at home and always being responsive to all our needs and questions, true Filipino hospitality indeed! Would definitely recommend and also would come back again!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

We had a very pleasant stay in the house. It was described accurately and price is great for the stay. The place is exclusive and has all necessary things for a great stay. Easy access especially if you have a car. Going to airport is only about 30-40 mins via Cavitex is a huge help and a good alternative to place near Manila where traffic jam and pollution is a problem. Will come back again. 5/5 stay experience.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

The house is full of things, simple things that is very helpful like medicine. All the linen are clean. It is very comfortable to stay in the house. Me and my friends loved the place. Very recommendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

This place was the best. My daughter loved the pool. Cleaning materials provided. I did leave some cups in the sink I was trying to check out in time. Me being honest the building g staff suck. They are dishonest and negative. Which is unrelated to the host and his beautiful home.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Janine & Mao are such incredible hosts. They were very responsive with my queries and even suggested local restaurants in the area. The location is very central and close to the mall. Thank you again for hosting us!

David’s place is a good place when you need to be close to airports or you have events around Parañaque or Pasay. The facilities are new and working properly. David has been always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue I had was the internet connection - it isn’t that stable and fast. Since I also have to work during my stay, it became a problem. It’s pretty decent for regular browsing though. Nonetheless, my stay is ok! I would choose to stay here again. Thank you, David.
